• Thereafter charge for local data HK$50/10GB or HK$80/5G Unlimited Data (data speed up to 5Mbps) will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis. 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up that will be valid until the end of this bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.

• The original monthly fee of 5G SIM Only Monthly service plan is HK$458. Total amount of monthly fee rebate: $4,188, over 30 months ($140 x 29 months and $128 x 1 month). At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.

• Monthly fee HK$120 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$138 for each 5G Add-On SIM card, after a contract bonus of HK$18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

• Fixed-Term contract is not required for Smart Data Bank; customers are required to pay service fee monthly. Monthly fee HK$18 of "SmarT Data Bank" is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88 for "SmarT Data Bank", after HK$70 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

^ When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps.

* Customers can enjoy Extra 30GB Local Data offer per month within the contract period upon a designated 5G service plan (80GB) contract subscription.

• The special monthly fee HK$220 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$298 for SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB), after a rebate of HK$78 per month has been given to the customer. Customers can enjoy Free Unlimited Local Data within the contract period upon a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB) service plan contract subscription.

# Free Unlimited Local Data: Subscription to Free Unlimited Local Data is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Free Unlimited Local Data under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.

% Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

• Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Local Data Plan.

• Other services included: 500 Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.

• The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan includes unlimited local voice minutes and unlimited local data usage. The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.
Talk Freely Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)

& The original entitlement of local voice minute under this plan is 4,000 mins. With the free offer of the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan within the contract period, unlimited local voice minutes are offered.

 

    Terms and Condition For 5G service plan:
  • 5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • 5G Add-on SIM card: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the Specified 5G Service Plan ("Main SIM card") can subscribe maximum 4 5G Add-on SIM cards. Customers opting for 5G Add-on SIM card, the contract end date of each 5G Add-on SIM card will be the same as the designated 5G service plan. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all 5G Add-On SIM cards. The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan.
  • Extra Local Data Offer: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. (Applicable to customer opting for 5G Add-on SIM cards) The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM cards customer selected.
  • Greater Bay Area Data Pack: The Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau, only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. The customer will be entitled Free "Easy Number" Service within contract period (not applicable to the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM card); this Service is subject to relevant Terms and Conditions. The Customer (all mobile numbers under the service plan) should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Greater Bay Area Data Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, please contact our store assistants for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges.
  • 5G Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps.
  • "Smart Data Bank" Service: Any unused designated local data and designated China and Macau data under designated 5G service plan before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel "Smart Data Bank" Service. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.

  • Terms and Condition For 4.5G SuperCare Smartphone Plan:
  • SuperCare Smartphone Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan.
  • Free Unlimited Local Data: Subscription to Free Unlimited Local Data is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Free Unlimited Local Data under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. FUP unlimited data usage applies to local (Hong Kong) use only. The special monthly fee is calculated based on the original monthly fee after a designated contract bonus per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB). FUP Unlimited Local Data cannot be used in conjunction with Multi-SIM Plan, Tag-On SIM Plan and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan.
  • Port In Subscription Offer: The customer can enjoy Easy number service per month in first 12-month during contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators. At the end of the free service period for Easy number service, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate. Easy Number Service: Only available for customer who has subscribed to SmarTone's monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicant for this service must be the account holder of SmarTone's monthly mobile service plan. The customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers.

  • Limited Time 6-Month Rebate Subscription Offer (5G SIM Only Monthly Plan):
  • Only applicable to new customers whose identity document (HKID or passport no.) has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A contract subscription of 30 months and admin fee of $18/month are required.
  • The original monthly fee of 5G SIM Only Monthly service plan is HK$458. Total amount of monthly fee rebate: $4,188, over 30 months ($140 x 29 months and $128 x 1 month). At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.
  • Customer can enjoy Extra 30GB Local Data offer within the contract period upon a contract subscription. The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • If customers choose new mobile number for plan subscription, the mobile service must be activated within 30 days to enjoy the "Free 6-month Monthly Fee" offer.
  • An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription offers.
  • The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.

  • Special Handset Price for designated handsets:
  • Upon the contract subscription of the designated 5G Plans, Family SIM Only Plans and SuperCare SIM Only Plans, Customers can enjoy Special Handset Price for designated handset purchase.
  • Customers shall have the options to settle the payment of the Special Handset Price by one-off transaction or by designated credit card issued by designated banks with 0% interest rate instalment plan without handling charge (Customers are required to pay the monthly fee and related service fee per month within the contract period through Autopay set up with Credit Cards).
  • Customers who purchase the designated handsets can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free.
  • The available designated handset models, the Special Handset Price, eligible credit cards to enjoy 0% interest rate instalment plan without handling charge and the designated service plan subscription contract will be updated and amended from time to time.
  • Please ask our store assistants for details. The Offers depend on the contract subscription selected. Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the Offers once only, and entitled to one handset only.


  • Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™:
  • Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel and/or back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.
  • The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
  • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover and excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. For smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centre that offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may at its discretion reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time. SmarTone has the right to make the final decision in relation to the reimbursement.
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V133 for details.

  • Talk Freely Pack Service:
  • Only available to customer who has subscribed to a designated Service Plan.
  • The available designated apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
  • The designated apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
  • The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan does not include the subscription fee and other items / service purchased by the designated apps.
  • (If applicable) Upon the subscription of the designated Family Service Plan / designated 5G service plan with the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan, all mobile numbers under the Plan can enjoy the Talk Freely Pack Service.
  • The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.
  • For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-T340 for details.

  • SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
  • Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
  • For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
  • Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
  • SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
