The trade-in of the designated handset, tablet and wearable device (“Trade-In Device”) must satisfy the Company’s trade-in policy (e.g. designated brands and models). The device should include a battery and must work properly. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
The trade-in price will be adjusted based on the extent of damage of the Trade-In Device.
The company will not accept any device that is not purchased from authorised dealer or has been modified/altered in any way.
The trade-in of the old device can only be used to offset the purchase price of a new device and cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash. Each trade-in only accepts one device for purchase of one new device.
The Customer is responsible to ensure all the data in the Trade-in Device is deleted and/or backed up prior to trade-in. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transfer of the data.
After the trade-in is completed, the Trade-In Device cannot be reclaimed under any circumstance.
Trade-in prices are determined by our company and are subject to change without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right of final discretion in the event of any dispute.
