    No. "SmarTone Screen Replace™" is only for purchasing designated smartphones / wearable devices or purchasing designated smartphones with a designated service plan subscription. And Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™" is only for purchasing designated smartphones or purchasing designated smartphones with a designated service plan subscription.

    You need to decide to extend and / or top-up to Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™" when purchasing designated smartphones / wearable devices or purchasing designated smartphones with a designated service plan subscription.

    If the repair is completed in another country's authorised repair centre(s), can I get the reimbursement?

    No. The repair should be undertaken by the manufacturer(s) and / or its authorised repair centre(s) in Hong Kong. Repair by authorised repair centre(s) anywhere outside Hong Kong will not be reimbursed.

    My repair receipt shows that there is more than one item repaired, will I be reimbursed for all repairs?

    We will reimburse the cost of front screen+ and / or back cover repair or replacement only. Please note that only accidental physical damage will be reimbursed. We will only reimburse once for every receipt within the service period of "SmarTone Screen Replace™" and Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™". The number of times for reimbursement is dependant on your service details. The maximum amount of the reimbursement for designated wearable devices is HK$1,500 per claim.

    What does "Back Cover" refer to in the Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™"?

    "Back Cover" refers to the back side of your device and there is no limitation on materials. You would be reimbursed within the contract period of Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™" for the repair or replacement incurred by accidental physical damage.

* "SmarTone Screen Replace™" is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage to the front screen of the designated smartphones and wearable devices. Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™" is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage to the front screen and / or the back cover of the designated smartphones. The maximum amount of the reimbursement for designated wearable devices is HK$1,500 per claim.

+ Front screen includes its attached display panel.

# New customers subscribing to a designated 24-month service plan with designated smartphones or existing customers within their contract period extending their service plan with designated smartphones can enjoy 12 months "SmarTone Screen Replace™" or Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™" service. For details, please contact our staff at stores.

·Upon accidental physical damage of the Smartphone/designated Wearable devices screen and/or its attached LCD panel as well as back cover within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone. The maximum amount of the Reimbursement for designated Wearable devices is HK$1,500 per claim.
·The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset/designated Wearable devices screen and/or its attached LCD panel as well as back cover, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by SmarTone, offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may exercise discretion and will reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and SmarTone's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.
