Terms and Conditions for this Service

  • This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
  • Customer can subscribe to the service without contract commitment, or sign up for a 24-month contract to receive a $300 handset & accessory voucher.
  • After the expiry of the contract (if appliable), the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.
  • AI Connect service is currently applicable to the web-based versions of the respective AI platforms only. When using the designated web-based or device-based AI tools, users may need to register separately.
  • SmarTone reserves the right of final decision related to the service and reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this service and/or revise the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V172 for details.

^$300 Handset & Accessories Voucher Offer:

  • Customers can enjoy an Accessories Voucher Offer for designated handset and accessory purchases upon subscribing to the AI Connect service under a 24-month fixed-term contract.
  • Customer is required to purchase designated handset and accessories at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price / Subscriber Special Price/ designated special price at the Company's stores.
  • The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance.
  • Customer can use the discount offer for one transaction only within the validity period.
  • A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) or will be credited to customers' monthly bill and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the FPS information provided (If applicable). The rebate method depends on customers' selection.
