Simply connect to the SmarTone network to access widely used web-based AI platforms such as ChatGPT and DALL·E through a dedicated AI network channel, with no VPN or complicated setup required. Terms and Conditions for this Service

  • This service is available for selected SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan and Home 5G Broadband service plan subscription. Customer can subscribe to the AI Connect service under their mobile account and/or Home 5G Broadband account, subject to their service needs.
  • The Home 5G Broadband service plan must adopt the designated network settings in order to use the AI Connect service. SmarTone reserves the right to amend the relevant network settings as necessary without prior notice.
  • If the customer cancels their Home 5G Broadband service plan before the 7-day Trial and Return Guarantee period, the AI Connect service will be terminated at the same time.
  • If the contract period under the customer's existing service number account has expired, the customer may only subscribe to a No Contract AI Connect monthly plan.
  • The AI Connect service contract expiry date will align with the expiry date of existing contract under the customer’s service number account.
  • After the expiry of the contract (if appliable), the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.
  • AI Connect service is currently applicable to the web-based versions of the respective AI platforms only. When using the designated web-based or device-based AI tools, users may need to register separately.
  • SmarTone reserves the right of final decision related to the service and reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this service and/or revise the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V172 for details.
