You can download and complete the application form, then submit it to your bank in person, or visit one of our stores for arrangement. Please bring along your bank documents such as bank statement and ATM Card for verification. It takes about two to five weeks to process. You will be notified by your bank by post once your application is approved.

7-Eleven Stores
You can make payment at any 7-Eleven stores in cash by presenting the QR Code*. Two working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.
Crossed cheque made payable to “SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited” and post to “P.O. Box 35 General Post Office” together with the remittance slip. Write down the customer name or company name and phone / service number on the back of the cheque. Three working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.
