How do I activate or install an eSIM?
If you have successfully obtained the eSIM QR code and received an activation email from SmarTone, follow the instructions to scan the QR code and complete the activation process.
I have installed eSIM on my device, can I scan the same QR code on a second device?
Each eSIM QR code is limited to one phone or device. Scanning the same eSIM QR code on another device will not work. To switch to a new phone or device, please follow the provided replacement instructions.

What are the differences between eSIM and a physical SIM card in terms of primary/secondary number settings and usage?

If your SmarTone monthly service plan has activated the "1 Card 2 Numbers" service, when you convert your physical SIM card to an eSIM, both phone numbers will be converted simultaneously and you can continue using the related services without any interruption. I have a mainland China physical SIM card and a SmarTone physical SIM card, but my new phone has only one SIM slot, what can I do?

Reminder! Based on current information, mainland China eSIM services are only compatible with eSIM-compatible devices purchased in mainland China. Is there a way to use a mainland China eSIM on an eSIM-only phone (like the iPhone Air)?
