1 Backup data of your old phone
  • Backup old phone data to the cloud or other storge devices (such as computers or external hard disks)
  • Make sure the new phone has enough storage
2 Backup Contacts
  • Make sure your contacts are synced to Apple or Google account
3 Backup WhatsApp messages
  • Backup the chat to iCloud or Google Drive
4 Remember App logins and passwords

  • The lead time of data transfer may vary between models and is subject to the respective model and amount of content.
  • Due to different file types of the old and new handset, content may not be entirely transferred to the new handset during the process.
  • The Data Transfer Service is not available to device which has been modified in an unauthorized way (e.g. jailbreaking).
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to backup all data and information on their device prior to the Data Transfer Service.
  • Data transfer service costs $500 each time for up to 64GB, $100 will be charged for every 100GB thereafter up to $1000.
