For subscription of designated SuperCare Family Plan, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan will entitle Free Greater Bay Area Data Service with extra China and Macau data usage (1.5GB/month) within contract period. Greater Bay Area Data Service and free extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service will be canceled after the contract expire.

The special monthly fee $198/$178/$108 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $238 for Choice to Upgrade Unlimited Local Data, after a contract bonus of $40/$60/$130 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

V A 12-month contract is required for hmvod. A rebate of $48 per month will be given in first, third and sixth bill months within contract period. Service Plan includes "VIP UNLIMITED" VOD programme and 2 hmvod movie coupons per month. hmvod movie coupons can be used for renting programmes tagged with "VOUCHER“ (“the Rental”). The movie voucher required for the Rental marked with "VOUCHER" on their respective information pages. At the end of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service. Besides, extra 14 hmvod “Movie Vouchers” are applicable to SmarTone customers subscribing to 12-month hmvod contract for the first time from now until 30 Apr 2021, and activating hmvod service on/ before 30 Apr 2021. Eligible Customer can enjoy designated amount of extra “Movie Vouchers” which will be valid within the contract period. The Voucher will be credited to the hmvod account about 3 working days after service activation.

Δ Cyber & Voice Security (Triple Protect) includes Call Guard, Norton Security & Norton Secure VPN (for one device). A 12-month contract is required. A rebate of $36 per month will be given in first 3 bill months within contract period. Unless otherwise specified by the customer to terminate the service not less than 30 days before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term.

+ Gamergizer offer: Only applicable to Gamergizer (12 -month contract). 12-month contract is required. Frist 3 months service fee offer is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$38, after a rebate of HK$38 per month has been given to the customer. The rebate will be credited to customer in next bill month upon the service subscription of Gamergizer.

  • Monthly fee $398/ $328 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $458/ $388 for 5G SIM Only service plan, after a contract bonus of $60 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Thereafter charge for local data will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis. 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up that will be valid until the end of this bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Greater Bay Area Data Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Greater Bay Area Data Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Greater Bay Area Data Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Fixed-Term contract is not required for Smart Data Bank; customers are required to pay service fee monthly. Monthly fee $18 of “SmarT Data Bank” is calculated based on the original monthly fee $88 for “SmarT Data Bank”, after $70 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Monthly fee $120 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $138 for each 5G Add-On SIM card, after a contract bonus of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • Talk Freely Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)
  • (Applicable to designated 4.5G service plan) 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an "Advise & Consent" mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

(Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Only applicable to new customers whose identity document (HKID or passport no.) has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. (Applicable to designated 4.5G service plan) Only applicable to new customers or existing customers with a new subscription. A designated service plan with fixed-term contract subscription and an admin fee of $18 per month are required. An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.

• "Mobile Plan Monthly Fee Reimbursement Promise" includes "Unemployment Protection" and "COVID-19 Protection".

• "Mobile Plan Monthly Fee Reimbursement": Customer can make a claim to Avo Insurance Company Limited whenever fulfilled the terms and conditions of "Unemployment Protection" and/or "COVID-19 Protection" during the Protection Period. Once the claim has been approved, Customer will be paid a lump sum benefit of 6 months' Monthly Service Charge. The monthly limit is $300 per month per Insured Mobile Phone Number. The Maximum Benefit Amount is $1,800 per Insured Mobile Phone Number. Monthly Service Charge refers to net monthly fee after rebate plus an administration fee (if applicable) as specified in a "SmarTone Sales and Services Agreement" or "SmarTone Supplemental Agreement to Sales and Services Agreement", all other spending in SmarTone would not be covered.

• "Additional $20,000 Protection": Customer can make a claim to Avo Insurance Company Limited whenever fulfilled the terms and conditions of "COVID-19 Protection" during the Protection Period. Once the claim has been approved, Customer will be paid a daily allowance for each continuous period of twenty-four (24) hours of the confinement in a hospital in Hong Kong ("Hospital Daily Allowance"). Each Customer can receive maximum $300 Hospital Daily Allowance per day, and maximum $10,000 Hospital Daily Allowance in total per Customer. Hospital Daily Allowance will be doubled during confinement in Intensive Care Unit, i.e. the Customer can receive maximum $600 Hospital Daily Allowance per day, and maximum $20,000 Hospital Daily Allowance in total per Customer. If the Customer has more than one mobile phone numbers enjoying "COVID-19 Protection", only one claim will be paid for each confinement.

Terms and Condition For 5G service plan:

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. 5G Add-on SIM card: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the Specified 5G Service Plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 5G Add-on SIM cards. Customers opting for 5G Add-on SIM card, the contract end date of each 5G Add-on SIM card will be the same as the designated 5G service plan. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all 5G Add-On SIM cards. The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan. Extra Local Data Offer: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. (Applicable to customer opting for 5G Add-on SIM cards) The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM cards customer selected. Greater Bay Area Data Pack: The Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau, only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period (not applicable to the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM card); this Service is subject to relevant Terms and Conditions. The Customer (all mobile numbers under the service plan) should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Greater Bay Area Data Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, please contact our store assistants for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges. 5G Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps. “Smart Data Bank” Service: Any unused designated local data and designated China and Macau data under designated 5G service plan before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel “Smart Data Bank” Service. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.

Terms and Condition For 4.5G SuperCare Smartphone Plan & 4.5G SuperCare Family Plan:

SuperCare Smartphone Plan & SuperCare Family Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. Choice to Upgrade Unlimited Local Data: Customers can opt for FUP unlimited data with monthly fee subscription within contract period of designated SuperCare Plan and the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Plan. FUP unlimited data usage applies to local (Hong Kong) use only. The special monthly fee is calculated based on the original monthly fee after a designated contract bonus per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. (Applicable to SuperCare Family Plan): FUP unlimited data will be shared between all SIM Cards under the plan. Customers cannot enjoy this offer in conjunction with DataRoam Service. (Applicable to SuperCare Smartphone Plan): Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB). FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjunction with Multi-SIM, Tag-On SIM Plans and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan. Extra Double-up Local Data Offer: The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. Extra Local Data Offer: The service plan included 0.5GB Greater Bay Area Data Service per month (Applicable to designated SuperCare Plan). The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. Greater Bay Area Data Service Offer: China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service is calculated based on the usage of the designated monthly service plan with Greater Bay Area Data Service and on the extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service during contract period. Greater Bay Area Data Service and free extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service will be canceled after the contract expire, and when the Customer is within the location of China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the Customer. The data usage can be shared in China and Macau. The Customer (all mobile numbers under Family plan) should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Greater Bay Area Data Service data usage exceeds monthly data allowance, please contact our store assistants for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges. Port In Subscription Offer: The customer can enjoy Easy number service per month in first 12-month during contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators. At the end of the free service period for Easy number service, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate. Easy Number Service: Only available for customer who has subscribed to SmarTone ’s monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicant for this service must be the account holder of SmarTone 's monthly mobile service plan. The customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers.

Talk Freely Pack Service: The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.


Extravagant Hotel Staycation:
  • A prepayment of designated amount is required. The prepayment amount varies according to the service plan selected by the customer. Prepayment amount will be credited to the customer during the contract period according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement).
  • Customers can enjoy “Extravagant Hotel Staycation” redemption coupon via SmarTone Care after customer’s service plan activation.
  • Available hotel options and related privileges depend on the contract subscription and its term selected.
  • The above offers require to make reservation before check-in and are subject to room availability.
  • Customers require to state “SmarTone Subscription Privileges” for redemption upon making hotel reservation; Customers require to present redemption coupon in SmarTone Care for redemption upon arrival and check-in.
  • The redemption coupon is limited to one time only; any unused redemption code will be forfeited upon expiry (last check-in date).
  • Personal consumption and other additional charges are excluded.

  • The Service is only available to the local data entitlement of Specified Service Plan and extra top-up local data, but not suitable to “FUP Unlimited Data Plan”
  • At the end of this contract, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.

  • "Unemployment Protection":
  • Customers who subscribe to a designated service plan with 12-month or above contract and activate the service plan before 31 Dec 2021 will enjoy Unemployment Protection ("Unemployment Protection") for free once during the promotion period.
  • Unemployment Protection is only available for customers who have subscribed to the monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport ("Insured Person"), and are the active full-time employee to the existing employer with period of service of not less than six (6) consecutive months at the time of an event. Not applicable to customers registered with Hong Kong Business Registration.
  • Insured Person of Unemployment Protection must be the account holder of the monthly mobile service plan and it is applicable to Hong Kong residents aged 18 – 80 (based on the service activation date of this monthly mobile service plan).
  • Each mobile phone number registered by the same Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport holder can enjoy Unemployment Protection for free once only. Unemployment Protection only covers Primary SIM Cards, and maximum 3 mobile phone numbers per Insured Person can enjoy Unemployment Protection.
  • Unemployment Protection will commence from the service activation date of monthly mobile service plan, with a Protection Period of 12-month. 14-day waiting period applies. After mobile service activation, Customer will receive a "Mobile Plan Monthly Fee Reimbursement Promise" confirmation email, with the commencement date and Protection Period of Unemployment Protection stated.
  • Mobile Service Sales & Service Agreement or Supplement Agreement to Sales and Service Agreement, proof of identity, valid proof of unemployment and "Mobile Plan Monthly Fee Reimbursement Promise" confirmation email are needed for making a claim to Avo Insurance Company Limited. The documents required for making claims will be updated from time to time. For details, please contact Avo Insurance Company Limited.
  • If the Customers terminate contract or disconnect service for any reason, change of ownership, successfully made claim or pass away, the Unemployment Protection will be terminated immediately.

  • "COVID-19 Protection":
  • Customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan with 12-month or above contract and activate the service plan before 31 Dec 2021 will enjoy COVID-19 Protection ("COVID-19 Protection") for free once during the promotion period.
  • COVID-19 Protection is only available for customers who have subscribed to the monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport ("Insured Person"), not applicable to customers registered with Hong Kong Business Registration.
  • Insured Person of COVID-19 Protection must be the account holder of the monthly mobile service plan and it is applicable to Hong Kong residents aged 18 – 80 (based on the service activation date of this monthly mobile service plan).
  • Each mobile phone number registered by the same Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport holder can enjoy COVID-19 Protection for free once only. COVID-19 Protection only covers Primary SIM Cards, and max 3 mobile phone numbers per Insured Person can enjoy COVID-19 Protection.
  • COVID-19 Protection will commence from the service activation date of monthly mobile service plan, with a Protection Period of 6-month. 14-day waiting period applies. After mobile service activation, Customer will receive a "Mobile Plan Monthly Fee Reimbursement Promise" confirmation email with the commencement date and Protection Period of COVID-19 Protection stated.
  • Mobile Service Sales & Service Agreement or Supplement Agreement to Sales and Service Agreement, proof of identity, medical reports, Medical receipts, letter of hospital admission and discharge summary and "Mobile Plan Monthly Fee Reimbursement Promise" confirmation email are needed for making a claim to Avo Insurance Company Limited.   • If the Customers terminate contract or disconnect service for any reason, change of ownership, successfully made claim or pass away, the COVID-19 Protection will be terminated immediately.
