How to register

SmarTone customers can register for Add-on Numbers service through any of the following methods:

  • Register in SmarTone CARE App
  • Download Add-on Numbers App, tap “Add new number” and simply follow the instructions to register
  • Visit SmarTone stores

Please note: If you would like to use your existing mobile number as an add-on number, please visit our stores.


How to activate

  1. Download or open Add-on Numbers App.
  2. The number will be automatically displayed on the Add-on Numbers App once it is ported in successfully and you can start enjoying the service.
