  • Roaming charges come into effect when you pick up a call sent by the system after it has connected you to the designated called party. This is regardless of whether the called party is successfully connected or not.
  • All calls made and received while roaming will be subject to a minimum 30-second charge and any additional time will be charged on a 6-second incremental basis. (except Chinese Mainland and Macau)
  • The direct dial service will be charged on a per-minute basis.
