Two working days should be allowed for payment transaction of HSBC / Hang Seng Bank and 30 minutes should be allowed for Jetco payment transaction.

Vouchers ranging in value from HK$50 to HK$500 are available at any SmarTone store or at over 900 designated authorised resellers with the SmarTone logo. Simply follow the steps printed on the back of the voucher and the value will be instantly loaded to your account.

EPS, credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Octopus, Alipay, or WeChat Pay will be accepted at designated SmarTone stores.
