At any time when the Roaming Data Pack data usage nearly reaches the allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up Roaming Data Pack data. If no Roaming Data Pack top-up is purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of "Data Roaming Day Pass/Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack" or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.

Terms and Conditions for Roaming Data Pack – Asia Pacific / Worldwide 8GB:

Roaming Data Pack could be purchase once for each number.
Roaming Data Pack – Asia Pacific / Worldwide 8GB entitlement and (if applicable) top-up can be used within 3 months upon purchased of Roaming Data Pack.
The offer entitlement and (if applicable) top-up can be shared in designated destinations.
The Customer who subscribe Roaming Data Pack should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Data Roaming Day Pass & "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
(Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) If the Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card customer subscribe Roaming Data Pack , all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
The remaining data entitlement and (if applicable) top-up of the Roaming Data Pack will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date.
Whenever the Roaming Data Pack data usage of the Customer nearly reaches the specified Roaming Data Pack data usage (“Specified Data Usage”), the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up of Roaming Data Pack at the charge as specified in the SMS received (“Top Up”). If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up of Roaming Data Pack, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage when the Roaming Data Pack data usage has reached the Specified Data Usage of Roaming Data Pack.
When the Customer is within the location of designated destinations and if the Customer’s accumulated Roaming Data Pack usage exceeds roaming data allowance within validity period and (if applicable) top-up of Roaming Data Pack data purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.
When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than designated destinations, the daily roaming data usage will be charged with the original day plan price of Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s).
Roaming Data Pack – Asia Pacific / Worldwide 8GB cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services, designated Roaming Data Pack, designated Roaming Data Plan, SuperCare Bay Area/ Asia/ Worldwide Plan & Mainland China & Macau Data Pack.
(Applicable to Plan with data sharing between Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card and Add-on SIM card/ Secondary SIM Cards) Roaming Data Pack is only available to Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card purchase. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under Roaming Data Pack upon subscription of the Main SIM card/ Primary SIM Card.
(If applicable) If the Customer purchased more than one Roaming Data service, deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:
1) Mainland & Macau Data Pack data allowance;

2) Asia Pacific Roaming Data Pack data allowance;

3) RoamFlex – Asia Pacific data allowance;

4) Worldwide Roaming Data Pack data allowance;

5) RoamFlex – Worldwide data allowance;

6) Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack / Roaming Data Pass (by daily);

7) Data Roaming Dollars.
The company reserves the right to vary, modify or terminate the contents of this promotion, as well as to amend any of the relevant terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The company's decision and record shall be final in case of any dispute.
