Customers who subscribe to a designated service plan (mobile monthly service plan or Home 5G Broadband monthly service plan) under a fixed-term contract and sign up for a Disney+ service contract for a designated subscription period, are eligible to enjoy a designated subscription period of Disney+ Standard/Premium plan (as the case may be).
The subscription period of the Disney+ plan included will depend on the contract of the selected service plan. Upon the expiry of the Disney+ service contract, if customers continue to use the Disney+ service, they will be charged at the prevailing retail price of the relevant Disney+ subscription plan.
$179/$239/$299 Monthly Plan:Monthly fee $179/$239/$299 are based on the original monthly fee $238/$398/$398 for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a rebate of $59/$159/$99 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
Upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only Service Plan (20GB/80GB/80GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy extra 30GB Local Data per month during the contract period.
Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / designated existing customer re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month. Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
Terms and Conditions For 5G service plan:
5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with “DataRoam Plan”.
$120 Monthly Plan:Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an administrative fee of $18 per month. Monthly fee $120 is based on the original monthly fee $158 for ExtraCare Smartphone Plan, after a rebate of $38 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. Customers can enjoy extra 7GB 42Mbps Local Data offer per month within the contract period upon a designated service plan contract subscription. The first 14GB of this plan is at up to 42Mbps. Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance (14GB), data service continues (up to 42Mbps) without data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected. Local data usage excludes tethering and peer-to-peer applications. This plan does not support any web browsing in desktop mode via any mobile browser.
“Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack” Rebate: Subscription to “Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack” is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly service fee rebate under a designated plan within contract period. The amount of rebate depends on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate of the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days of usage (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract period, prevailing service fee will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.
Free Unlimited Local Data:
Upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only Service Plan under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy 1Mbps unlimited data during the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate under the designated plan, and the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (if applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, 1Mbps unlimited data will be terminated. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 5G network, the thereafter data speed depends on the contract subscription of the service plan selected. For the main SIM card and “5G Add-On SIM card” (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 5G network; for “4.5G Full Speed Add-On SIM card” plan (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 4G network.
Customers can enjoy Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack Offer and / or Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass Offer for free during the contract period upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. The data usage of the Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack Offer and / or Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass Offer to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package"): The Free 1GB / 3GB / 10GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$40 / HK$88 / HK$298, after a rebate of HK$40 / HK$88 / HK$298 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 1GB / 3GB / 10GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the main SIM by SMS. The main SIM may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the main SIM does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. (If applicable) The 200 minutes of roaming voice minutes per month in Mainland and Macau (“The Roaming Voice Offer”) is only applicable to main SIM. The Roaming Voice Offer is only applicable in Mainland and Macau for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charged at standard roaming rates. Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. 15GB / 35GB Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass: Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass – 15GB / 35GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$28 / HK$48 is required within the contract period. Customers can enjoy HK$28 / HK$48 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The Customer shall use the “RoamFlex Data Pass” for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. “Data Roaming Day Pass" or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan should be activated at the same time. The remaining data entitlement of the “RoamFlex Data Pass” will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the Customer’s accumulated “RoamFlex Data Pass” usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and top-up “RoamFlex Data Pass” data is purchased, or if the Customer is located in any overseas destination(s) other than designated destinations, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price under the “Data Roaming Day Pass” or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed, depending on the fee(s) to be charged in specific location(s). “RoamFlex Data Pass” subscription is only available to main SIM. Customers of main SIM and Add-on SIM under the designated plan can all enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under “RoamFlex Data Pass”. Disney+ Offer: This Service is only available for SmarTone Customers with an active monthly mobile service plan subscription and Home 5G Broadband monthly service plan subscription. Upon the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing retail price of the service if the customer continues to use the service. Customer shall not be entitled to the rebate amount or any balance thereof if change together service/ cancel this service. The rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash. Monthly fee rebate offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Customer will receive an email or SMS notification about Disney+ service activation on the effective date of the Service. To activate Disney+ service, Customer must complete the activation by creating a Disney+ account (or log into an existing Disney+ account (if applicable)) and entering required information at Disney+ website through the designated activation link provided by SmarTone per instruction stated in the notification.
The Disney+ service must be used with supported devices such as compatible mobile devices that operate on the iOS or Android mobile operating systems and their designated software versions, or other compatible operating environments. If an Android mobile device does not support Google Play services, Customer may not be able to use the Disney+ App to access the Disney+ service. The compatible mobile operating systems and their designated software versions for applicable mobile devices will be updated and changed from time to time; for details, please visit Disney+’s Help Centre.
If Customer has an existing Disney+ account, Customer can link to it during Disney+ service activation. To avoid duplicated or unintended subscription and charge, Customer must review / manage subscription on the ‘Account’ page under the Disney+ account. For any queries regarding billing with Disney+ for the existing Disney+ account, please contact Disney+ customer service directly. If Customer has an existing Disney+ subscription through a third party, he / she must manage that subscription directly via such third party. SmarTone shall in no event be responsible to give any prior reminder in this respect nor be liable for any Customer’s failure to timely and properly review or manage their Disney+ subscription. If Customer has a Disney+ Extra Member Add-on with The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited, The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited will continue to bill the Customer on the Extra Member Add-on and give the Customer access to the Extra Member Add-on until cancelled.

Designated Data Waiving for Disney+ Customers: Customer who uses his/her active SmarTone mobile service plan and/or Home 5G Broadband monthly service plan and has subscribed to any Disney+ plan through the Company shall enjoy the Disney+ local data waiver until December 31, 2025 or such other date as the Company may specify from time to time whichever is earlier. During such period, any monthly fees for such data waiver shall be waived (i.e., customer will not have to pay any such fees) and after such period such data waiver shall automatically lapse. This offer is subject to the T&C-V164.
Monthly Fee Rebate: Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the term of designated Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). If the customer changes /upgrades to other service plans during the term of the designated service agreement, the entire rebate amount / remaining balance of rebate amount will be forfeited. Rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund under any circumstances.
SmarTone Plus membership & privilege: Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months. For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded. Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier. The company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice. General Terms and Conditions: Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract / upgrade / Add-on SIM card offers. The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice. This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Home 5G Broadband Service
The provision of the service is subject to the network coverage of the Company. In case particular spots where the 5G network are not available, we will continue to provide the service through 4G network. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as area & layout of the premises, construction materials, and other extraneous factors.
5G x Wi-Fi 7 Broadband Solution:

Offer valid for limited period only. Offer is appliable for customers who subscribe the designated SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plan at a designated residential address for 24-month fix term contract subscription. Offer average monthly fee HK$201 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$289 for Home 5G Broadband plan, after monthly fee rebate HK$80 for 23 months (1st – 8th and 10th – 24th month) and monthly fee rebate HK$289 in 9th month within contract period have been given to the customer. Offers will be forfeited without any compensation if the Customer terminates the contract during the committed contract period. The rental router is available in black or white for selection when customers subscribe to 5G x Wi-Fi 7 Broadband Solution during the promotion period. The choices of router color are subject to real-time availability of different points of sales or stores. The rental router color cannot be changed once selected. This service plan includes a HK$95 monthly rental fee for router rental service waived within the committed contract period. Customers are required to make a deposit of HK$1,500 for router rental service. Deposit of rental router will be fully refunded upon return of the router in good workable condition and can be waived if customers choose to settle the monthly fee with autopay.

Upon the expiry of the committed contract period, the Customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price on monthly basis (inclusive of router rental fee(s) if any) if the customer continues to use the service. Customer who registers for the services for the first time is entitled to a 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period commencing from the activation date of the designated service plan. If the Customer cancels the service plan within the 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period, any other service plan(s) or value-added service(s) or related special offer subscribed together on the same application will also be cancelled and the Customer is not required to pay the monthly fee for the service and 5G Broadband service equipment rental and refund of fee paid by customer for purchasing 5G Broadband service equipment shall be arranged upon return of the 5G Broadband service equipment to the Company.
