  • The offer applies to customers registering for the designated SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plan at a designated residential address for specified fixed term contract.
  • This service plan includes rental router service which HK$65 monthly rental router fee waived within contract term. At the end of the contract, the Customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price and rental router fee if the customer continues to use the service.
  • Customer who registers the Services for the first time is entitled to a 7-Day FREE Trial and Return Guarantee period commencing from the service activation date of the designated service plan of the Services.
  • Customers can enjoy free maintenance of the leased equipment during the term of the service plan. If repair is required for the equipment due to specified circumstances, the company will charge customers additional repair fees at the current rate.
  • Within 14 days upon termination of the Service Plan, the Customer should contact service hotline 2155 3321 to register for Device return and bring all Device from the Company to designated locations(Please click here). The Customer must return the Device to the company in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, except for normal wear and tear. If the Customer fails to return the Device or any part thereof is damaged (due to human-damage /accident / improper usage) upon return, the Company will charge Customer maintenance fee at current rate (Please click here).
  • Our Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Disney+ Subscription offer
A minimum 12-month fixed term contract is required for the Disney+ Standard service. A rebate of HK$81 per month will be given in every bill month within contract period. Upon the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing retail price of the service if the customer continues to use the service. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V162 for details.
Customer can choose to upgrade to 12-month Disney+ Premium Plan when subscribing to designated Home 5G Broadband offer with additional HK$6 Home 5G Broadband monthly fee, offer average monthly fee HK$204 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$289 for Home 5G Broadband plan, after monthly fee rebate HK$74 for 34 months (1st – 5th, 7th – 17th & 19th – 36th month) and monthly fee rebate HK$289 in 6th & 18th month within contract period have been given to the customer.
