  • Q3If I do not want to use iCallingPlus from one of my paired Apple devices, what should I do?

    You can follow these simple steps to remove your Apple device:
    1. On your iPhone, go to "Settings" > "Phone" > "Calls on Other devices".
    2. In the list of devices, turn off "Wi-Fi Calling" for the device that you want to remove.
    3. To turn off iCallingPlus on your Apple Watch, go to the Watch App on your iPhone, tap "Phone", then tap "Wi-Fi Calls".
  • Q4When I use my paired Apple devices to make or receive calls, will voice or data usage be incurred?

    Yes. Voice calls made by the paired Apple devices will incur voice usage and be counted as voice minutes to be deducted from your subscribed service plan. Making and receiving calls will also incur data usage. If the paired Apple devices are connected to SmarTone’s mobile network, data usage will be deducted from the relevant subscribed service plan. If they are connected to other networks, please check with the relevant mobile operators regarding the data charges.

  • Q5Can I make or receive calls with my paired Apple devices when I am abroad?

    No. iCallingPlus does not support making and receiving calls outside Hong Kong.

  • Q6Can I make IDD calls with my paired Apple devices when using iCallingPlus?
