5G Subscription Offer:
- An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
- Each new customer will only be entitled to any welcome subscription offer once only.
- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.
- The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.
5G Student Plan:
- Applicant must be aged 18 or above and a full-time student of designated post-secondary education institutions in Hong Kong. Designated post-secondary education institutions in Hong Kong include accredited universities in Hong Kong, Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers, Centennial College, Chu Hai College of High Education, Gratia Christian College, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, HKCT Institute of Higher Education, Hong Kong College of Technology, HKU SPACE, Hong Kong Nang Yan College of Higher Education, Tung Wah College, Vocational Training Council or Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Also applicable to applicant aged 18 to 25 with valid overseas post-secondary education institutions student ID card. Valid student ID card and identity document must be presented upon registration for the Student Plan. Each identity document can only subscribe to the Student Plan once.
- Only applicable to new customers whose identity document has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months.
- An admin fee of HK$18/month and a fixed term contract are required. (if applicable)
- Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
- Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
- Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
- 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
- Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
- Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

Unlimited Local Data:
- Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription.
- When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps / 5Mbps in 5G network, the thereafter data speed depends on the contract subscription of the service plan selected.
- Unlimited Local Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions ).

Smart Data Bank Service:
- Any unused local data, extra local data, top-up data (exclude unlimited local data) and extra China and Macau data usage of free GBA data pack under designated 5G service plan ("Eligible data to be carried forward") before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel "Smart Data Bank" Service.
- Maximum balance of data to be carried forward is limited to: 500GB for local data and 10GB for designated China and Macau data. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.
- (Where applicable) Upon the subscription of the specified 5G service plan with the "SmarT Data Bank" service plan, balance of data to be carried forward is shared by Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards under the Plan.
- Unused Eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month will not be carried forward if the Customer changes to other service plans; Balance of data to be carried forward will be forfeited if the Customer change or cancel "Smart Data Bank" Service.

Online Exclusive Offer:
- Only available to customers who subscribe to the designated 5G Student Plan.
- Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription, and the subscription is made through SmarTone Online Store.
- Customers can enjoy extra Double-up Local Data offer per month in the first 3 bill months within the contract period, the extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription.
- The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
- The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
- Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.
Anytime Music Service:
- Only applicable to customer who has subscribed to the designated Student Plan.
- Customer opting for "Anytime Music" service, the contract end date will be the same as the designated Student Plan. (if applicable)
- The available designated music streaming apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
- The designated music streaming apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.

Talk Freely Pack Service:
- Only available to customer who has subscribed to a designated Service Plan.
- The available designated apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
- The designated apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
- The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan does not include the subscription fee and other items / service purchased by the designated apps.
- (If applicable) Upon the subscription of the designated Family Service Plan / designated 5G service plan with the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan, all mobile numbers under the Plan can enjoy the Talk Freely Pack Service.
- The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.
- For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

- This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.

Gamergizer:
- The Service is only available Customer who has subscribed to a designated 5G Service Plan. The add-on SIM under the designated 5G Service Plan can also subscribe the Service individually.
- During the service period, more network resources will be allocated, and network usage will be prioritized to the local data entitlement of Specified Service Plan and extra top-up local data.
- The Service is only available to the local data entitlement of Specified Service Plan and extra top-up local data, but not suitable to “FUP Unlimited Data Plan”
- At the end of this contract, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Mainland & Macau Data Offer:
- Customers may choose to purchase a designated Mainland & Macau data service offer with a designated promotion monthly fee upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. A fixed-term contract of the Mainland & Macau data service (concurrently with designated service plan) is also required to enjoy the offer. Mainland & Macau data service shall start and follow the service effective date of the designated monthly plan. Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the offer once only.
1GB Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack (the Package):
- The Package is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$30, after a rebate of HK$10 per month has been given to the customer within contract period.
- The monthly data allowance of the Package can be used in both Mainland and Macau.
- Customers who choose the Package must sign a contract term that is the same as their monthly plan. If the customer's current monthly plan does not have a contract term, they must sign a 12-month contract term when choosing the Pack.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Customer, the Package will continue to be provided to the Customer after expiry and will charge the monthly fee of the Package at the time of contract term expiration.
- The Customer who subscribes the Package should also activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When travelling in Mainland and Macau, please enable the data roaming feature on the mobile phone to enjoy the Pack.
- When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than Mainland and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by "Data Roaming Day Pass" subscribed by the Customer. For details of "Data Roaming Day Pass", service fee, terms and conditions, please visit smartone.com/T&CI025C .
- Whenever the data usage of the Package nearly reaches the specified data usage within the location of Mainland and Macau, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase additional data usage at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to purchase the additional data usage, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from your purchased other roaming products. If no other product is available, you will be charged at a fixed rate. - Any unused monthly data allowance and top-up data of the Package will be forfeited at the end of billing month.
- The Package cannot be subscribed in conjunction with certain designated service plans. These include, but are not limited to designated DataRoam services, Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, Mainland Macau Data Pack. Please note that the designated service plans that are incompatible with the "Mainland & Macau Data Service" may undergo periodic changes without prior notice. Flexi Switch is not applicable for "Mainland & Macau Data Service".
- The Package is charged on a monthly basis. The monthly charges for the first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis from the service effective date to the first bill date. The monthly charges are payable in advance and non-refundable under whatever circumstances.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
- Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
- For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
- Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
- The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
