Subscription Offer:

• Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month.
• Customers who subscribe to a designated service plan (mobile monthly service plan or Home 5G Broadband monthly service plan) under a fixed-term contract and sign up for a Disney+ service contract for a designated subscription period, are eligible to enjoy a designated subscription period of Disney+ Standard/Premium plan (as the case may be).
• The subscription period of the Disney+ plan included will depend on the contract of the selected service plan. Upon the expiry of the Disney+ service contract, if customers continue to use the Disney+ service, they will be charged at the prevailing retail price of the relevant Disney+ subscription plan.
• Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
• Terms and Condition For 5G service plan: 5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with "DataRoam Plan".

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:

• A designated fixed-term contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
• Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
• Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
• Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
• 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
• Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
• Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-T342 for details.

3GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack:

• The Free 3GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package") is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88, after a rebate of HK$88 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 3GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to (T&C-I041).

15GB Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass within contract period:

• Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass – 15GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$28 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$28 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The Customer shall use the "RoamFlex Data Pass" for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. "Data Roaming Day Pass" or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan should be activated at the same time. The remaining data entitlement of the "RoamFlex Data Pass" will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the Customer's accumulated "RoamFlex Data Pass" usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and top-up "RoamFlex Data Pass" data is purchased, or if the Customer is located in any overseas destination(s) other than designated destinations, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price under the "Data Roaming Day Pass" or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed, depending on the  fee(s) to be charged in specific location(s). "RoamFlex Data Pass" subscription is only available to Main SIM mobile number. Customers of Main SIM and Add-on SIM under the designated plan can all enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under "RoamFlex Data Pass". Terms and conditions apply (T&C-I044).

Unlimited Local Data:

• Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription.
• When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 5G network, the thereafter data speed depends on the contract subscription of the service plan selected.
• Unlimited Local Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions ).
• Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-T344 / T&C-T365 for details.

Monthly Fee Rebate:

• Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the term of designated Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). If the customer changes /upgrades to other service plans during the term of the designated service agreement, the entire rebate amount / remaining balance of rebate amount will be forfeited. Rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund under any circumstances.

Talk Freely Pack Service:

• Only available to customer who has subscribed to a designated Service Plan.
• The available designated apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
• The designated apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
• The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan does not include the subscription fee and other items / service purchased by the designated apps.
• (If applicable) Upon the subscription of the designated Family Service Plan / designated 5G service plan with the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan, all mobile numbers under the Plan can enjoy the Talk Freely Pack Service.
• The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.
• For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:

• Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
• For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
• Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
• The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions:

• Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract / upgrade / Add-on SIM card offers. The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice. This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. • Monthly fee $239 are based on the original monthly fee $398 for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a rebate of $159 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

• Upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only Service Plan (80GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy extra 30GB Local Data per month during the contract period.

• Free Unlimited Local Data: Upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only Service Plan under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy 1Mbps unlimited data during the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate under the designated plan, and the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (if applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, 1Mbps unlimited data will be terminated. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps.
