5G Subscription Offer:
- Only applicable to new customers whose identity document has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A designated service plan with 6-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
- Customers are required to pay the monthly fee and related service fee during the fixed-term contract period by autopay service.
- Each new customer will only be entitled to any welcome subscription offer once only.
- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.
- The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.
5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:
- 6-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
- Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
- Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
- 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
- Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
- Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

Free 2GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack:
- The Free 2GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package") is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$58, after a rebate of HK$58 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 2GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
- Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
- For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
- Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
- The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Customers cannot enjoy this offer in conjunction with other offers.
- This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other services/products.
- Subject to relevant terms and conditions.
- The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Automatic Contract Renewal Arrangement:
- If you agree and accept the arrangement for contract auto renewal, your mobile service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services will be automatically renewed at the prevailing price for the same contract period upon the expiry of the fixed contract term thereof, unless (i) You notify SmarTone the otherwise before the expiration of an existing or any of the renewed term of the contract via customer service hotline or retail shops of SmarTone; or (ii) SmarTone ceases to offer the same service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services. The same terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain unchanged. This automatic contract renewal arrangement shall be subject to the final and absolute discretion of SmarTone.
