5G Subscription Offer:
- Only applicable to new customers whose identity document has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A designated service plan with 36-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
- Each new customer will only be entitled to any welcome subscription offer once only.
- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:
- 36-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
- Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
- Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
- 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
- Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
- Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

Terms and Conditions for Free APAC 4 Days Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack (this Offer):
- This Offer is calculated based on the original charge HK$148, after a rebate of HK$148 has been given to the customer.
- To enjoy this Offer, Data Roaming Day Pass and Roaming service must be activated / switched at the same time.
- The Data Pass provided by this Offer shall be valid for 3 months from the day of successful purchase. 1 Data Pass can be deducted to offset 1 daily charge of Data Roaming Day Pass at designated destinations. Data Pass is not required to be used on consecutive days.
- When daily data usage reaches 1.2GB in a destination, the data speed will be capped at 512kbps. An SMS notification will be sent to the customer, who may reply to the SMS to purchase additional full speed roaming data.
- (If applicable) If a customer purchases other Data Pass (regardless of the region(s) and purchase dates), the validity period of all Data Passes will be extended to the latest expiry date. For the validity period, please refer to the SmarTone CARE App or check with our service assistant.
- (If applicable) If customer has purchased more than one Data Pass for different groups of destinations, then priority of deduction will be according to the location of actual use as follows: 1) Mainland/Macau Roaming Data Pass, 2) Asia Pacific Roaming Data Pass, 3) Worldwide Roaming Data PassThe unused Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date. If the number of days of Data Roaming Day Pass used by the customer exceeds the number of Data Pass owned by the customer; or if the customer uses Data Roaming Day Pass in non-designated destinations, the customer will be charged at the regular price of Data Roaming Day Pass.
- (Family Plan/ Designated 5G Service Plan) This Offer is only available to main SIM mobile number under designated service plan. Upon successful purchase of this Offer, all registered mobile numbers under the same service plan must activate / switch on Data Roaming Day Pass and Roaming service to enjoy Data Pass upon subscription from main SIM. If 2 mobile numbers under the same service plan use Data Pass at the same time, 2 days would be deducted from the Data Pass.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with designated DataRoam services, Greater Bay Area Easy Pack & China Macau Data Pack.

$8,000 Handset Voucher Offer:
- Customers can enjoy Handset and Accessories Voucher Offer for designated handset and accessory purchase upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract. The amount of the Voucher to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer. Customer is required to purchase designated handset and accessory at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price at the Company's stores. A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided (If applicable). The offer is valid for 365 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. Customer can use the Handset Voucher Offer for one transaction only and can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase.
- No prepayment Offer: Only applicable to eligible existing customers who subscribed a designated service plan.
$300 Trade-in Rebate :
- SmarTone postpaid mobile service customers or Home 5G broadband service plan customers ("Existing Customers") is entitled a $300 "Trade-in Rebate" when purchase designated mobile phone or tablet. "Trade-in Rebate" is limited to the holder and is not transferable. Customers must complete the trade-in transaction within 90 days of purchasing the new eligible device ("Eligible Transaction") to redeem the $300 Trade-in rebate. The company will provide trade-in price of designated brands and models of handset, tablet, smart wearables or earphones based on their condition ("Trade-in Device"). Each Trade-in Device should include a battery and must function properly. It should meet the company's trade-in standards. Trade-in prices vary depending on the condition of the Trade-in Device. The company will not accept any devices which have been altered in any way. Customer may select to collect the Trade-in price through the following methods (a) Fast Payment System ("FPS"); (b) credit to customer's account; or (c) used immediately to offset payment of designated mobile phone or tablet. Customer can redeem $300 Trade-in rebate once per Eligible Transaction. The payment will be credited to his / her account after 14 working days. Customers must confirm that SIM card has been removed and backed up all data stored on the Trade-in Device. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from the Trade-in Device. Once the transaction is complete, the Trade-in Device cannot be reclaimed. The trade-in price is determined by the company and may be subject to change without prior notice. The trade-in service is only available at designated stores. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision.
Upgraded Mainland China & HK 1 Card 2 Numbers Service Plan:
- Choosing the Upgraded "Mainland China & HK 1 Card 2 Numbers" Service Plan requires signing a contract with the same period as the monthly rate plan. The Upgraded "Mainland China & HK 1 Card 2 Numbers" Service Plan is priced at HK$48 per month, with a monthly deduction of HK$48 as a rebate during the contract period, resulting in an actual monthly fee of HK$0. After successfully purchasing this package, customers can use the free voice minutes provided by this package within the valid period, including incoming calls in Mainland , making direct roaming calls to local numbers and to Hong Kong. The subsequent call charges will be HK$1.3 per minute. Standard roaming charges will apply for usage in other destinations or when using other roaming voice services. Within the valid period, customers can also enjoy the first 10 designated SMS messages free of charge each month. T&C apply (T&C-I017).
Upgraded Back-to-Front SmarTone Screen Replace™:
- SmarTone Screen Replace™ is provided by Avo Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively "Avo").
- Upon accidental physical damage of the designated Smartphone/Wearable devices screen and/or its back cover, Avo will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice (must include the IMEI number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by Avo. The maximum amount of the smartphone reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable device reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim.
- The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the designated handset/Wearable devices screen as well as back cover, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by AVO, offer a replacement as the only option for repair, Avo may exercise discretion and will reimburse up to 60% on the cost of replacement, subject to the maximum limit per device. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and Avo's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.

36GB Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass within contract period:
- Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass – 36GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$50 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$50 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The Customer shall use the “RoamFlex Data Pass” for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. “Data Roaming Day Pass" or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan should be activated at the same time. The remaining data entitlement of the “RoamFlex Data Pass” will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the Customer’s accumulated “RoamFlex Data Pass” usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and top-up “RoamFlex Data Pass” data is purchased, or if the Customer is located in any overseas destination(s) other than designated destinations, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price under the “Data Roaming Day Pass” or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed, depending on the fee(s) to be charged in specific location(s). “RoamFlex Data Pass” subscription is only available to Main SIM mobile number. Customers of Main SIM and Add-on SIM under the designated plan can all enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under “RoamFlex Data Pass”. Terms and conditions apply (T&C-I044).
3GB/mth Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack & 100mins Mainland & Macau roaming voice mins per month:
- The Free 3GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package") is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88, after a rebate of HK$88 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 3GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. The 100 minutes of roaming voice minutes per month in Mainland and Macau (“The Roaming Voice Offer”) is only applicable to Primary SIM Card. The Roaming Voice Offer is only applicable in Mainland and Macau for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charge at standard roaming rates. The Roaming Voice offer cannot coexist with other packages that offer roaming voice minutes or roaming voice discounts (“The Designated Packages”). The Customer cannot enjoy the Roaming Voice Offer if Customer has purchased the Designated Packages when signing a contract, please check with our store assistances for the details. Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Talk Freely Pack Service:
- Only available to customer who has subscribed to a designated Service Plan.
- The available designated apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
- The designated apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
- The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan does not include the subscription fee and other items / service purchased by the designated apps.
- (If applicable) Upon the subscription of the designated Family Service Plan / designated 5G service plan with the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan, all mobile numbers under the Plan can enjoy the Talk Freely Pack Service.
- The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.
- For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
- Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
- For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
- Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
- The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

Unlimited Local Data:
- Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription.
- When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 5G network, the thereafter data speed depends on the contract subscription of the service plan selected.
- Unlimited Local Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions ).

- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value.
