5G Subscription Offer:
- Only applicable to new customers whose identity document (HKID or passport no.) has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A designated service plan with 6-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
- Customers are required to pay the monthly fee and related service fee during the fixed-term contract period by autopay service.
- Each new customer will only be entitled to any welcome subscription offer once only.
- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.
- The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.
5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:
- 6-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
- Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
- Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
- 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
- Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
- Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

Mainland China and Macau Data Pack:
- The Mainland China and Macau Pack ("this service plan") monthly data allowance can be shared in mainland China and Macau.
- The Service plan is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service plan must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
- The customer will be entitled to Free “Easy Number” Mainland Mobile Number Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Mainland China and Macau Pack (Free "Easy Number" Mainland Mobile Number Service only applicable to Primary SIM Card).
- The Customer who subscribe Mainland China and Macau Pack should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Data Roaming Day Pass. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
- (If applicable) If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Mainland China and Macau Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
- When the Customer is within the location of mainland China and Macau, and if the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds Mainland China and Macau Pack monthly allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
- When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than mainland China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
- Mainland China and Macau Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services or designated Roaming Data Plan.
- Mainland China and Macau Pack cannot be subscribed separately in conjunction with "Easy number" Service (excluding the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM cards of the designated plan).
- (Applicable to designated plan) Mainland China and Macau Pack is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the monthly roaming data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.

"Easy Number" - mainland mobile number:
- The scope and service applicability of Mainland Mobile Number depend on the system specification and terms of third party service providers. Please contact the respective service providers for more details.
- The Service is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
- Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number registering with the same HKID holder can subscribe to one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated one mainland mobile number.
- If the customer wants to receive phone calls or send/receive SMS outside Hong Kong, roaming service must be activated on his or her SmarTone monthly mobile plan's main line number. Roaming charges will apply according to the usage.
- This service can only send to dedicated mainland phone number (12306, 9xxxx, 106xxxxxx) and Hong Kong/Overseas mobile phone number.
- The customer should download the Add-on Numbers / Easy Number app to use the service. Customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for mainland mobile number. Customer is required to download the Add-on Numbers / Easy Number app to submit a valid Hong Kong Identity Card copy and recent photo of the mobile service plan account holder. The service will be activated within 2 days after document submission. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V126 for details.
SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
- Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
- For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
- Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
- SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Customers cannot enjoy this offer in conjunction with other offers.
- This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other services/products.

- The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Automatic Contract Renewal Arrangement:
- If you agree and accept the arrangement for contract auto renewal, your mobile service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services will be automatically renewed at the prevailing price for the same contract period upon the expiry of the fixed contract term thereof, unless (i) You notify SmarTone the otherwise before the expiration of an existing or any of the renewed term of the contract via customer service hotline or retail shops of SmarTone; or (ii) SmarTone ceases to offer the same service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services. The same terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain unchanged. This automatic contract renewal arrangement shall be subject to the final and absolute discretion of SmarTone.
