Subscription Offer:
- Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month.
- Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
- Terms and Condition For 5G service plan: 5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with “DataRoam Plan”.
5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:
- A designated fixed-term contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
- Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
- Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
- 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
- Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
- Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

10GB/mth Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack & 200mins Mainland & Macau roaming voice mins per month:
- The Free 10GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package") is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$298, after a rebate of HK$298 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 10GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. The 200 minutes of roaming voice minutes per month in Mainland and Macau (“The Roaming Voice Offer”) is only applicable to Primary SIM Card. The Roaming Voice Offer is only applicable in Mainland and Macau for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charge at standard roaming rates. The Roaming Voice offer cannot coexist with other packages that offer roaming voice minutes or roaming voice discounts (“The Designated Packages”). The Customer cannot enjoy the Roaming Voice Offer if Customer has purchased the Designated Packages when signing a contract, please check with our store assistances for the details. 3GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack:
- The Free 3GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package") is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88, after a rebate of HK$88 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 3GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. 35GB Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass within contract period:
- Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass – 35GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$48 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$48 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The Customer shall use the “RoamFlex Data Pass” for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. “Data Roaming Day Pass" or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan should be activated at the same time. The remaining data entitlement of the “RoamFlex Data Pass” will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the Customer’s accumulated “RoamFlex Data Pass” usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and top-up “RoamFlex Data Pass” data is purchased, or if the Customer is located in any overseas destination(s) other than designated destinations, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price under the “Data Roaming Day Pass” or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed, depending on the fee(s) to be charged in specific location(s). “RoamFlex Data Pass” subscription is only available to Main SIM mobile number. Customers of Main SIM and Add-on SIM under the designated plan can all enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under “RoamFlex Data Pass”. Terms and conditions apply (T&C-I044

AI Connect Service:
- This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
- Customers who subscribe to a designated service plan under a fixed-term contract are eligible to enjoy a designated subscription period of AI Connect service.
- Customer is required to sign a 12-month fixed term contract. A rebate of $28 per month will be given in every bill month within contract period. After the expiry of fixed term contract, this service shall be automatically cancelled.
- When using the designated web-based AI tools, users may need to register separately.

6 Months Free trial for Kids CARE:
- Each customer can only enjoy this offer once per account.
- A 6-month service contract is required. Monthly fee rebate of $56 will be credited within contract period. If the customer terminates this services within contract period, the rebates of remaining months and other offers (if any) will be automatically cancelled. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
- Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
- For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
- Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
- The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

Monthly Fee Rebate:
- Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the term of designated Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). If the customer changes /upgrades to other service plans during the term of the designated service agreement, the entire rebate amount / remaining balance of rebate amount will be forfeited. Rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund under any circumstances.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract / upgrade / Add-on SIM card offers. The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice. This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Automatic Contract Renewal Arrangement:
- If you agree and accept the arrangement for contract auto renewal, your mobile service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services will be automatically renewed at the prevailing price for the same contract period upon the expiry of the fixed contract term thereof, unless (i) You notify SmarTone the otherwise before the expiration of an existing or any of the renewed term of the contract via customer service hotline or retail shops of SmarTone; or (ii) SmarTone ceases to offer the same service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services. The same terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain unchanged. This automatic contract renewal arrangement shall be subject to the final and absolute discretion of SmarTone.
