Yes. You will receive a SIM card when you subscribe to the Auto Top-up Abroad Pack. The UK mobile number is printed on the SIM card.
You need to activate the SIM card within 120 days; Please insert the SIM card into your phone on arrival in the UK or Europe& and make a call (e.g. CMLink Toll-free customer service hotline 10086) /connect to the internet to complete the activation.
Apart from 100GB data in the UK for every month, the service also covers Europe&, Hong Kong and Mainland!
You can use UK mobile number to send a SMS with text “CHECK” to CMLink Toll-free customer service hotline 10086.
In the UK, Europe&, Hong Kong or other roaming regions, you can call +44 797 300 0186 with other SIM card/ landline numbers. In Mainland you can call +86 400 1666 022 with other SIM card / landline numbers (roaming charges may be incurred in accordance with the service provider). Alternatively, call SmarTone 24-hour hotline 2880 2688 or visit any SmarTone stores in Hong Kong.
