  • Monthly fee $238/$398/$468/$698 is based on the original monthly fee $298/$498/$598/$758 for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a rebate of $60/$100/$130/$60 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. Monthly fee $318 is based on the original monthly fee $458 for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a rebate of $140 per month (includes a rebate of $60 and an extra subscription rebate of $80) credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Upon subscription of a designed 5G SIM Only Service Plan (12GB/80GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy Extra 15GB/30GB Local Data offer per month during the contract period. Upon subscription of a designed 5G SIM Only Service Plan (150GB/200GB/280GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy Extra 30GB/20GB/50GB Local Data offer and 5Mbps unlimited data offer per month during the contract period. 5Mbps unlimited data Service Rebate: Subscription to 5Mbps unlimited data is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for 5Mbps unlimited data under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, 5Mbps unlimited data will be terminated.   • “Extra up to $1,450 Rewards” is based on Customers enjoy the Extra Up to $250 Monthly Fee Rebate Offer and the Extra 10GB 5G Local Data offer per month during the 24-month contract period (Value: $1,200) under Hang Seng Credit Card Customers Offers.

  • Customers can enjoy designated handset purchase offers under Limited-time Free Upgrade Offer or Hang Seng Credit Card “iPhone for life” Offer, and 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract. Limited-time Free Upgrade Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Hang Seng Credit Card “iPhone for life” Offer.

  • Thereafter charge for local data will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis. 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up that will be valid until the end of this bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.
  • Greater Bay Area Data Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Greater Bay Area Data Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Greater Bay Area Data Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Fixed-Term contract is not required for Smart Data Bank; customers are required to pay service fee monthly. Monthly fee $18 of “SmarT Data Bank” is  based on the original monthly fee $88 for “SmarT Data Bank”, after a contract rebate of $70 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Monthly fee $120 is based on the original monthly fee $138 for each 5G Add-On SIM card, after a contract rebate of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Monthly fee $90 is based on the original monthly fee $108 for each 4.5G Full Speed Add-On SIM card, after a contract rebate of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Monthly fee $70 is based on the original monthly fee $88 for each 4.5G 21Mbps Add-On SIM card, after a contract rebate of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Talk Freely Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)

Only applicable to new customers whose identity document (HKID or passport no.) has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A designated service plan with a designated fixed-term contract subscription and an admin fee of $18 per month are required. An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.


“Total value up to $9,500” is based on the value of subscription of a designated 5G service plan (24 months contract) and a total of 4 5G Add-On SIM together with purchase of 5 Samsung Galaxy Watch4 44mm LTE (Recommended Retail Price: $2,698) at Special Price $1,270 and the 1st 5G Add-On SIM with extra 20GB local data per month within the contract period (value: $2,400). “Low at 55% off” is based on customer purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Buds2 (Recommended Retail Price: $1,298) at Special Price $718 with a contract subscription of a designated service plan. Terms and Condition For 5G service plan:

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan Add-on SIM card: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the specified 5G service plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 Add-on SIM cards. “4.5G Full Speed Add-on SIM card” and “4.5G 21Mbps Add-on SIM card” only can subscribe maximum 2 Add-on SIM cards on each items. Customers opting for Add-on SIM card, the contract end date of each Add-on SIM card will be the same as the 5G service plan. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all Add-on SIM cards. The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all Add-on SIM cards will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan.Extra Local Data Offer: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. (Applicable to customer opting for 5G Add-on SIM cards) The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM cards customer selected. Greater Bay Area Data Pack: The Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau, only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period (not applicable to the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM card); this Service is subject to relevant Terms and Conditions. The Customer (all mobile numbers under the service plan) should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Greater Bay Area Data Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, please contact our store assistants for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges. Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps. For the main SIM card and “5G Add-On SIM card” (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps in 5G network; for “4.5G Full Speed Add-On SIM card” and “4.5G 21Mbps Add-On SIM card” plan(If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps in 4G network. “Smart Data Bank” Service: Any unused designated local data and designated China and Macau data under designated 5G service plan before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel “Smart Data Bank” Service. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.

Talk Freely Pack Service: The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer. Monthly Fee Rebate: Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the Term of designated 5G Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). Total rebate/ remaining rebate will be forfeited if the customer changes /upgrade to other service plans. The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.

Limited-time Free Upgrade Offer: Customers can enjoy Special Handset Price for designated handset purchase upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract. A prepayment of designated amount is required (If applicable). Each designated 5G service plan contract subscription is entitled to the Offers once only, and entitled to one handset only.

Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™: SmarTone Screen Replace™ is provided by AVO Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively “AVO”). Upon accidental physical damage of the Smartphone/designated Wearable devices screen and/or its back cover, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, AVO will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice(must include the IMEI number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by AVO. The maximum amount of the smartphone reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable devices reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim. The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset/designated Wearable devices screen as well as back cover, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by AVO, offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, AVO may exercise discretion and will reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and AVO's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details of Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™" please refer to T&C-V154 Our Company reserves the right for final decision to this offer and changes the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Hang Seng Credit Card Customers Offers: The promotion period is valid from 24 September 2021 to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period") (unless otherwise specified). A designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract subscription is required. An admin fee of $18 per month is required. Offers are applicable to all Hong Kong outlets and SmarTone Online Store of SmarTone (“The Company”) (unless otherwise specified). The Offers are applicable to Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng"). Customers who hold Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”), and not applicable to Hang Seng USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card and Private Label Card. During the Promotion Period, Customers can enjoy Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3 upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract. Customers are required to settle the advance payment by same Eligible Credit Card and pay the monthly fee and related service fee per month during the fixed-term contract period through Autopay set up. Offer 1 - Designated Subscription Plan and Designated Handset Purchase Offers: The designated subscription plan and designated handset purchase offers, the available designated handset models and the subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask the Company’s store assistants for details. Offer 2 – Extra Up to $250 Monthly Fee Rebate Offer: Customers can enjoy Extra Up to $250 Monthly Fee Rebate Offer during the contract period upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract of the designated subscription plan and designated handset purchase offers by same Eligible Credit Card. Customers can enjoy $250 Monthly Fee Rebate with the Net Handset Price Under Designated Handset Purchase Offers at $9,000 or above, the rebate amount will be credited to 3 monthly bills by $50, $100 and $100 respectively; Customers can enjoy $150 Monthly Fee Rebate with the Net Handset Price Under Designated Handset Purchase Offers between $6,000 to $8,999, the rebate amount will be credited to 3 monthly bills by $50, $50 and $50 respectively; Customers can enjoy $100 Monthly Fee Rebate with the Net Handset Price Under Designated Handset Purchase Offers between $4,000 – $5,999, the rebate amount will be credited to 2 monthly bills by $50 and $50 respectively. Offer 2 is not applicable to any split transactions on designated handset purchased. Customers are required to activate the designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract on or before 31 January 2022. The rebate will be credited to the Customer’s mobile service plan starting from April 2022 during the contract period, upon the qualified transaction validated by Hang Seng and the Company. Such Customer’s account and credit card account should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant rebate is credited. Offer 2 is subject to a quota and only available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. Offer 3 – Extra 10GB 5G Local Data Offer: Customers can enjoy Extra 10GB 5G Local Data offer per month during the contract period upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract. The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. Each designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract is entitled to the offer once only. Offer 3 is subject to a quota and only available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. The Offers depend on the designated 5G service plan contract subscription selected. Each designated 5G service plan contract subscription is entitled to the Offers once only, and entitled to one handset only. Upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract with a designated handset purchase in this Promotion, customer shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer, by the Company to Hang Seng, of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the customer in the Promotion Period using Hang Seng Credit Card for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Extra Reward entitlement for this Promotion. Offers will be forfeited without any compensation if (i) the Customers discontinue to use Eligible Credit Cards for Autopay after enjoying the offers or if the Customers change to other service plans; or (ii) the Customers terminate the contract and/or Eligible Credit Cards account during the committed contract period; and the Company and Hang Seng have the right to charge the full amount of the offers already enjoyed without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to make an alternative offer of equivalent or approximate value. Offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons or other subscription / re-contract offers (unless otherwise specified). Hang Seng and the the Company reserve the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. SmarTone Plus membership & privilege: Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months. For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded. Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier. SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
