Monthly fee HK$98/HK$138 is based on the original monthly fee HK$128/HK$178 for Gen SmarT AI Plan, after a rebate of HK$30/HK$40 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Administration Fee Waiver Offer: Customer can enjoy Administration Fee Waiver offer starting from the first bill month within the contract period; the period between service activation day and first bill day will be charged on a pro-rate basis based on the original charge. Administration Fee Waiver offer is calculated based on the original HK$18 per month, after a rebate of HK$18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing Administration Fee if the customer continues to use the service.

Other services included: 500 Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.

Subscription Offer:

• Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of HK$18 per month (if applicable).
• Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.

Gen SmarT AI Plan:

• Applicant must be aged 18 to 29 and valid identity document must be presented upon registration for this Service Plan.
• A designated fixed-term contract subscription is required.
• Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
• Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
• Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
• 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
• Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
• Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

Unlimited Local Data:

• Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage of the designated 5G service plan reaches the plan's total local data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 5G network. Upon expiry of the contract period, the customer may continue to use the service. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
• Applicable to Customer who has subscribed to the "Add-On SIM card": for the “Main SIM card” and “5G Add-On SIM card” (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 5G network; for “4.5G Full Speed Add-On SIM card” (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 4.5G network.
• Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-T384 for details.

Port-in Offer:

• Customers can enjoy extra Double-up Local Data offer per month within the contract period, the extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription.
• The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
• The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
• Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.

AI Connect Service:

• This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
• Customer is required to sign up for a designated contract. Monthly fee rebate of HK$38 will be credited in every bill month within the contract period, the offer will automatically terminate upon contract expiry.
• AI Connect service is currently applicable to the web-based versions of the respective AI platforms only. When using the designated web-based or device-based AI tools, users may need to register separately.
• SmarTone reserves the right of final decision related to the service and reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this service and/or revise the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V172 for details.

Local Data-FREE Access to Popular AI Platforms:

• The service is applicable to selected customers only. Eligible customers can enjoy local AI data waiver within the contract period, the offer will automatically terminate upon contract expiry.
• When customers access designated AI platforms, the relevant local AI data usage will be waived. The company reserves the right to update the applicable AI platforms from time to time.
• Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V173 for details.

Anytime Music Service:

• The service is applicable to selected customers only. Eligible customers can enjoy free Anytime Music Service within the contract period, the offer will automatically terminate upon contract expiry.
• The available designated music streaming apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
• The designated music streaming apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
• The unlimited data usage under "Anytime Music" is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by listening to music within the designated music streaming apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download, software update, account registration and login, advertisement, upload, download and live video, non-music contents (including but not limited to the text, images, header files, app analytics, using in- app location based features, and any video/music streamed over VPN) within the designated apps are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the "Anytime Music" service will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the customer purchases data top-up options.

3GB/4GB per month Chinese Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack:

• The 5G Service Plan includes 3GB/4GB of roaming data per month for use in Chinese Mainland and Macau. The monthly 3GB/4GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Chinese Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Chinese Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to (T&C-I041).

5 days APAC Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack within contract period:

• The Free 5 days APAC Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack (in contract) is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$5, after a rebate of HK$5 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The Customer shall use the “5 days APAC Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack (in contract)” for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. “Data Roaming Day Pass" should be activated at the same time. 1 Data Pass can be deducted to offset 1 daily charge of Data Roaming Day Pass at designated destinations. Data Pass is not required to be used on consecutive days. When daily data usage reaches 1.2GB in a destination, the data speed will be capped at 512kbps. An SMS notification will be sent to the customer, who may reply to the SMS to purchase additional full speed roaming data at the prevailing rate. The remaining entitlement of the “Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack” will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the number of days of Data Roaming Day Pass used by the customer exceeds the number of Data Pass owned by the customer; or if the customer uses Data Roaming Day Pass in non-designated destinations, the customer will be charged at the regular price of Data Roaming Day Pass. Data Pass is only available to main SIM mobile number under designated service plan. All registered mobile numbers under the same service plan must activate / switch on Data Roaming Day Pass and Roaming service to enjoy Data Pass upon subscription from main SIM. If 2 mobile numbers under the same service plan use Data Pass at the same time, 2 days would be deducted from the Data Pass. The daily service of “Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack” is provided by “Data Roaming Day Pass” and is subject to relevant terms and conditions. T&C apply (T&C-I025).

Home 5G Broadband service plan:

This plan includes 200GB of data usage. When the monthly data usage exceeds the above usage, customers can continue to use data service to the next bill date, but access to network resources will be given a lower priority and data service experience may be affected. The provision of the service is subject to the network coverage of the Company. In case particular spots where the 5G network are not available, we will continue to provide the service through 4G network. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as area & layout of the premises, construction materials, and other extraneous factors. Offer valid for limited period only. Offer is appliable for new customers who subscribe the designated SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plan for 24-month fix term contract subscription. Applicant must be aged 18 or above and a full-time student of designated post-secondary education institutions in Hong Kong. Designated post-secondary education institutions in Hong Kong include accredited universities in Hong Kong, Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers, Centennial College, Chu Hai College of High Education, Gratia Christian College, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, HKCT Institute of Higher Education, Hong Kong College of Technology, HKU SPACE, Hong Kong Nang Yan College of Higher Education, Tung Wah College, Vocational Training Council or Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Also applicable to applicant aged 18 to 25 with valid overseas post-secondary education institutions student ID card. Valid student ID card and identity document must be presented upon registration for the Student Plan. Monthly fee after rebate HK$126 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$238 for Home 5G Broadband plan, after monthly fee rebate HK$70 monthly, and the Extra 6-Month Monthly Fee Rebate for such monthly fee HK$168 for Home 5G Broadband plan (HK$168 x 6-month, total value is HK$1,008) within contract period have been given to the customer. Offers will be forfeited without any compensation if the Customer terminates the contract during the committed contract period. This service plan includes a HK$65 monthly rental fee for router rental service waived within the committed contract period. Customers are required to make a deposit of HK$1,500 for router rental service. Deposit of rental router will be fully refunded upon return of the router in good workable condition and can be waived if customers choose to settle the monthly fee with autopay. Upon the expiry of the committed contract period, the Customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price on monthly basis (inclusive of router rental fee(s) if any) if the customer continues to use the service. Customer who registers for the services for the first time is entitled to a 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period commencing from the activation date of the designated service plan. If the Customer cancels the service plan within the 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period, any other service plan(s) or value-added service(s) or related special offer subscribed together on the same application will also be cancelled and the Customer is not required to pay the monthly fee for the service and 5G Broadband service equipment rental and refund of fee paid by customer for purchasing 5G Broadband service equipment shall be arranged upon return of the 5G Broadband service equipment to the Company. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. SmarTone Membership Programme and Privilege︰

• Customers who subscribe or renew a designated mobile service plan will become either (i) a SmarTone PRIORITY member, with membership period is the same as that designated contract period; or (ii) a SmarTone Member, with lifetime validity.
• Fixed-term contract is required for SmarTone PRIORITY or SmarTone Members.
• The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Membership Programme at any time without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions:

• Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.
