Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month. Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.

Customers can enjoy Handset Voucher Offer for designated handset purchase upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. The amount of the Voucher to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer. Customer is required to purchase designated handset at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price at the Company's stores/Online store. The offer is only applicable for customer purchase designated handset at Recommended Retail Price $5,000 or above. The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Handset Voucher Offer. Customer can use the Handset Voucher Offer for one transaction only and can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase. A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) or will be credited to customers' monthly bill and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the FPS information provided (If applicable). The rebate method depends on customers' selection.

Up to $2,000 Handset & Accessories Voucher Offer is based on customers can enjoy $500 Handset & Accessories Voucher Offer for each 5G Add-on SIM card to purchase designated handset and accessories upon subscription maximum 4 pcs 5G Add-on SIM cards under a 5G designated service plan under fixed-term contract. Customer is required to purchase designated handset and accessories at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price / Subscriber Special Price/ designated special price at the Company's stores. The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. Customer can use the offer for one transaction only within the validity period and enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase. Customer is required to purchase designated handset and accessories at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price / Subscriber Special Price/ designated special price at the Company's stores. The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. Customer can use the discount offer for one transaction only within the validity period and enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase. A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) or will be credited to customers' monthly bill and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the FPS information provided (If applicable). The rebate method depends on customers' selection.

Add-on SIM card(s): Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the specified 5G service plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 Add-on SIM cards. Up to 2 Add-on SIM cards can be subscribed for each of “4.5G Full Speed Add-on SIM card” and “4.5G 42Mbps Add-on SIM card”. The contract of each Add-on SIM card will expire on the same expiry date of the 5G service plan contract. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all Add-on SIM card(s). The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all Add-on SIM card(s) will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan.

Extra Local Data Offer: Only applicable to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract from 1st December 2022 onward opting for 5G Add-on SIM card(s) within designated contract period. Eligible customers who subscribe 5G Add-on SIM card(s) can enjoy extra 10GB Local Data per month for each 5G Add-on SIM card during the contract period. The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM card(s) subscribed by customer.

Add-On SIM Subscription Offer: Upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract and 5G Add-On SIM at the same time, Customer can enjoy $15 Monthly Fee Rebate within contract period for each designated Add-On SIM. Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly upon the activation of each designated Add-on SIM card Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). Total rebate/ remaining rebate will be forfeited if the customer changes /upgrade to other service plans within the rebate credit period. The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund. Amount of Monthly Fee Rebate depends on the 5G service plan, category of Add-On SIM & number of Add-On SIM selected.

General Terms and Conditions: Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. SmarTone reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. SmarTone reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Offer or the entitlement to the Offer without notice if (a) it is in the opinion of SmarTone providing the Offer would cause it to be in breach of any applicable law, requirement of any competent authority or internal policy; (b) the Eligible Customer’s mobile service with SmarTone has been suspended or otherwise terminated; (c) SmarTone discovers or reasonably suspects that (i) any information which the Eligible Customer provides is inaccurate, incomplete, false or misleading in any respect; and/or (ii) the Eligible Customer might have participated in any illegal, fraudulent, suspicious, deceptive, abusive or unfair behaviours or reselling or otherwise breaching the terms and conditions of SmarTone or applicable laws and regulations; (d) eligible customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription. If SmarTone believes that any Eligible Customer has acted in an abusive manner, SmarTone may terminate their entitlement to enjoy the Offer. SmarTone has the right to charge the full amount of the offer without prior notice. This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. SmarTone shall in no event be responsible for anything arising from any unauthorized use to any Eligible Customer’s SmarTone mobile service account at any given time including any fees or charges so incurred and shall in no event be liable for any suspension or termination of the Offer. SmarTone reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. AI Connect Service:

  • This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
  • Customers who subscribe to a designated service plan under a fixed-term contract are eligible to enjoy a designated subscription period of AI Connect service.
  • Customer is required to sign a 12-month fixed term contract. A rebate of $28 per month will be given in every bill month within contract period. After the expiry of fixed term contract, this service shall be automatically cancelled.
  • When using the designated web-based AI tools, users may need to register separately.
  • SmarTone reserves the right of final decision related to the service and reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this service and/or revise the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V172 for details.

Home 5G Broadband Offer: This plan includes 200GB of data usage. When the monthly data usage exceeds the above usage, customers can continue to use data service to the next bill date, but access to network resources will be given a lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

The provision of the service is subject to the network coverage of the Company. In case particular spots where the 5G network are not available, we will continue to provide the service through 4G network. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as area & layout of the premises, construction materials, and other extraneous factors.

Offer valid for limited period only. Offer is appliable for designated basic monthly fee HK$239 or above 5G mobile service plan customers (The designated customer’) who subscribe to the designated Home 5G Broadband service plan for designated fix term contract subscription. Each account can only enjoy the offer once. The offer monthly fee of $105 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$238 for Home 5G Broadband plan, after applying a HK$70 basic monthly fee rebate and a HK$63 exclusive monthly fee rebate for The designated customer during contract period. If all designated basic monthly fee HK$239 or above 5G mobile service plans under the same account are terminated or fail to be activated for any reason, customer shall not be entitled to any or remaining exclusive monthly fee rebate for The designated customer during contract period and must continue to fulfill the committed contract. If the designated basic monthly fee HK$239 or above 5G mobile service plan under same customer account is suspended and subsequently reconnected within the specified period, the exclusive monthly fee rebate for The designated customer will resume. However, any exclusive monthly fee rebate for that expired during the suspension period will not be compensated. Offers will be forfeited without any compensation if the customer terminates the Home 5G Broadband service plan during the committed contract period. This service plan includes a HK$65 monthly rental fee for router rental service waived within the committed contract period. Customers are required to make a deposit of HK$1,500 for router rental service. Deposit of rental router will be fully refunded upon return of the router in good workable condition and can be waived if customers choose to settle the monthly fee with autopay. Upon the expiry of the committed contract period, the Customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price on monthly basis (inclusive of router rental fee(s) if applicable) if the customer continues to use the service. Customer who registers for the services for the first time is entitled to a 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period commencing from the activation date of the designated service plan. If the Customer cancels the service plan within the 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period, any other service plan(s) or value-added service(s) or related special offer subscribed together on the same application will also be cancelled and the Customer is not required to pay the monthly fee for the service and 5G Broadband service equipment rental and refund of fee paid by customer for purchasing 5G Broadband service equipment shall be arranged upon return of the 5G Broadband service equipment to the Company. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. HomePhone+ Offer:

    This offer is valid for a limited period only.This offer is only applicable to selected existing mobile monthly plan customers and/or Home 5G broadband monthly plan customers who purchase designated home phone access device. Each account can only enjoy the offer once. Eligible HomePhone+ service customer can enjoy an exclusive monthly fee rebate of HK$68. If all designated mobile service(s) / Home 5G Broadband service(s) under the same customer account are terminated or suspended for any reason, customer shall not be entitled to any exclusive monthly fee rebate and the customer shall be charged at the original monthly fee $68. If mobile service(s) / Home 5G Broadband service(s) under same customer account is suspended and subsequently reconnected within the specified period of 100 days, the exclusive monthly fee rebate for the designated customer will resume. However, any exclusive monthly fee rebate for that expired during the suspension period will not be compensated.
