(Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Monthly fee “as low as $295 / $344” is the average monthly fee calculated based on the original monthly fee $388 / $458 for 5G SIM Only service plan respectively, after a contract bonus of $60 per month, the total amount of $500 / $1,000 Monthly Fee Rebate Subscription Offer respectively and the Extra Monthly Fee Rebate up to $300 offered to purchase of designated handset valued at designated price have been given to the customer within the contract period. (Applicable to designated 4.5G service plan) Monthly fee “as low as $226 / $281 / $383 / $493 / $700” is the average monthly fee calculated based on the original monthly fee $298 for SuperCare Smartphone Plan / $318 / $458 / $588 / $858 for SuperCare Family Plan respectively, after the total amount of $1,440 / $600 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $3,500 Monthly Fee Rebate Subscription Offer respectively and the Extra Monthly Fee Rebate up to $300 offered to purchase of designated handset valued at designated price have been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Customers can enjoy Extra 20GB Local Data offer per month within the contract period upon a designated 5G service plan (15GB/ 80GB) contract subscription.

^ Thereafter charge for local data $50/1GB (applicable to SuperCare Smartphone Plan and SuperCare Family Plan (4GB/6GB/10GB)) or $50/2GB (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan (20GB)) will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis.

i Customer can enjoy Extra Local Data offer or Greater Bay Area Data (Mainland China & Macau) offer per month within the contract period upon a designated service plan contract subscription.

+For subscription of Services Plans at a monthly fee of $228/$298, China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service is calculated based on the usage of the designated monthly service plan with Greater Bay Area Data Service (0.5GB/0.5GB per month) and on the extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service (0.5GB/2GB per month) during contract period. After the contract expire, the extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service will be canceled.

*Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

#The special monthly fee $58 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $168 for Upgrade to Unlimited Local Data, after a contract bonus of $110 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

For subscription of designated SuperCare Family Plan, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan will entitle Free Greater Bay Area Data Service with extra China and Macau data usage (1.5GB/month) within contract period. Greater Bay Area Data Service and free extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service will be canceled after the contract expire.

The special monthly fee $198/$178/$108 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $238 for Choice to Upgrade Unlimited Local Data, after a contract bonus of $40/$60/$130 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Monthly fee $398/ $328 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $458/ $388 for 5G SIM Only service plan, after a contract bonus of $60 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Thereafter charge for local data will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis. 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up that will be valid until the end of this bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) The free Greater Bay Area Data Pack is calculated based on the original monthly fee $76, after a rebate of $76 per month has been given to the customer within contract period.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Free “SmarT Data Bank” is calculated based on the original monthly fee $88 for “SmarT Data Bank”, after a contract bonus of $88 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • (Applicable to designated 5G service plan) Monthly fee $120 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $138 for each 5G Add-On SIM card, after a contract bonus of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • Free for Talk Freely Pack is calculated based on the original monthly fee $18, after a contract bonus of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)
  • The special monthly fee $238 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $298 for SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB), after a rebate of $60 per month has been given to the customer. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service, and corresponding local data of the plan will be provided.
  • (Applicable to designated 4.5G service plan) 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an "Advise & Consent" mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. A designated service plan with 24-month contract subscription and an admin fee of $18 per month are required. An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.

Terms and Condition For 5G service plan:

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. 5G Add-on SIM card: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the Specified 5G Service Plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 5G Add-on SIM cards. Customers opting for 5G Add-on SIM card, the contract end date of each 5G Add-on SIM card will be the same as the designated 5G service plan. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all 5G Add-On SIM cards. The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan. Extra Local Data Offer: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. (Applicable to customer opting for 5G Add-on SIM cards) The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM cards customer selected. Greater Bay Area Data Pack: The Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau, only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period (not applicable to the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM card); this Service is subject to relevant Terms and Conditions. The Customer (all mobile numbers under the service plan) should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Greater Bay Area Data Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, please contact our store assistants for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges. 5G Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps. “Smart Data Bank” Service: Any unused designated local data and designated China and Macau data under designated 5G service plan before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel “Smart Data Bank” Service. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.

Terms and Condition For 4.5G SuperCare Smartphone Plan & 4.5G SuperCare Family Plan:

SuperCare Smartphone Plan & SuperCare Family Plan: The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. Choice to Upgrade Unlimited Local Data: Customers can opt for FUP unlimited data with monthly fee subscription within contract period of designated SuperCare Plan and the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Plan. FUP unlimited data usage applies to local (Hong Kong) use only. The special monthly fee is calculated based on the original monthly fee after a designated contract bonus per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. (Applicable to SuperCare Family Plan): FUP unlimited data will be shared between all SIM Cards under the plan. Customers cannot enjoy this offer in conjunction with DataRoam Service. (Applicable to SuperCare Smartphone Plan): Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB). FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjunction with Multi-SIM, Tag-On SIM Plans and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan. Extra Double-up Local Data Offer: The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. Extra Local Data Offer: The service plan included 0.5GB Greater Bay Area Data Service per month (Applicable to designated SuperCare Plan). The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan. Greater Bay Area Data Service Offer: China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service is calculated based on the usage of the designated monthly service plan with Greater Bay Area Data Service and on the extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service during contract period. Greater Bay Area Data Service and free extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service will be canceled after the contract expire, and when the Customer is within the location of China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the Customer. The data usage can be shared in China and Macau. The Customer (all mobile numbers under Family plan) should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Greater Bay Area Data Service data usage exceeds monthly data allowance, please contact our store assistants for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges. “Subscribe Now, Fully Pay Later” as Pending Port-in Rebate Offer:Each pending port-in/ pending activated secondary SIM card can enjoy $100 monthly rebate for the first 6 bill months upon service activation. The number of pending port-in/ pending activated secondary SIM card for the rebate offer is: 1 SIM card (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan 6GB), 2 SIM cards (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan 10GB); 3 SIM cards (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan 20GB). The number of rebate is at maximum 6 installments only. The amount and number of the rebate depend on the service plan selected at the time of subscription and the number of pending port-in/activated Secondary SIM card per month for the first 6 bill months. If Secondary SIM card is successfully port-in/ pending activated, its pending port-in rebate will be forfeited in the next bill month. At the end of the rebate, the Company will continue to provide the service and charge the customer the service fee of the Plan selected at the time of subscription, regardless whether the Secondary SIM card(s) is successfully port-in/activated after the first 6 bill months. The Customer shall not be entitled to the Rebate or any balance thereof if change to new service plan. The rebate cannot be exchanged for cash. Port In Subscription Offer: The customer can enjoy Easy number service per month in first 12-month during contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators. At the end of the free service period for Easy number service, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate. Easy Number Service: Only available for customer who has subscribed to SmarTone ’s monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicant for this service must be the account holder of SmarTone 's monthly mobile service plan. The customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers.

Talk Freely Pack Service: The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer. Monthly Fee Rebate: Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the Term of designated 4.5G SuperCare Smartphone Plan/ designated 4.5G SuperCare Family Plan/ designated 5G Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). Total rebate/ remaining rebate will be forfeited if the customer changes /upgrade to other service plans. The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.

Hang Seng Credit Card Customers Offers: The promotion period is from 23 October 2020 to 31 January 2021, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period") (unless otherwise specified). Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. A designated service plan with 24-month contract subscription and an admin fee of $18 per month are required. The Offers are applicable to Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") Customers who hold Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Business Card or Corporate Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”), and not applicable to Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card and UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping MasterCard, Spending Card and Private Label Card. Eligible Credit Card Cardholder shall be the subscriber who joins the Offers ("Customer"). Upon the subscription of the designated service plan contract via SmarTone Stores or SmarTone Online Store, Customers are required to pay the monthly fee and related service fee per month within the contract period through Autopay set up with Eligible Credit Cards, and then settle the payment of the designated handset with the same Eligible Credit Cards in order to enjoy the Offers. During the promotion period, Customers can enjoy Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3 upon a designated service plan contract subscription with a designated handset purchase. Offer 1: Special Handset Price for designated handsets: Upon the contract subscription of the designated 5G Plans, Family SIM Only Plans and SuperCare SIM Only Plans, Customers can enjoy Special Handset Price for designated handset purchase. Customers shall have the options to settle the payment of the Special Handset Price by one-off transaction or 0% interest rate instalment plan without handling charge. Each designated contract subscription is entitled to one handset only. Customers who purchase the designated handsets can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free. Offer 2: Buy Back Price Guarantee: Customers shall have the option to return the designated iPhone 12 series purchased in Offer 1 within the designated period and obtain the applicable Buy-Back Value from the Company. Offer 2 is subject to a quota determined by the Company at its discretion and available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. For the details of the return period, the payable period and the transaction format of the applicable Buy-Back Value, please refer to the terms and conditions of Offer 2 and the Product Return Terms and Conditions of the Company or ask our store assistants for details. The available designated handset models, the Special Handset Price and the designated service plan subscription contract will be updated and amended from time to time. Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the Hang Seng Credit Card Customers Offers once only, and entitled to one handset only. Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™: Only applicable to purchase of designated handset via the contract subscription of designated service plan. Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel and/or back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover and excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. For smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centre that offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may at its discretion reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time. SmarTone has the right to make the final decision in relation to the reimbursement. Subject to relevant terms and conditions.
