The provision of the service is subject to the network coverage of the Company. In case particular spots where the 5G network are not available, we will continue to provide the service through 4G network. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as area & layout of the premises, construction materials, and other extraneous factors.

Customers must use the reward within 365 days from the effective date of SmarTone service plan, unused amount in the reward will be forfeited without prior notice thereafter. All unused reward as at the bill cut-off date will be forfeited automatically without notice or any compensation. The reward amount will not change, even if the third party changes the monthly fee amount during the contract period. Home 5G Broadband service plan: Over HK$1,300 monthly fee rebate is calculated based on the Home 5G Broadband service plan special monthly fee HK$148 plus 5G Broadband Equipment Rental Monthly Fee HK$65, after monthly rebate HK$45 during 30-month contract period has been given to customer(HK$45 x 30 = HK$1,350). Home 5G Broadband service plan special monthly fee is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$238, after monthly rebate HK$90 has been given to customer. At the end of the contract, the Customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price and/or equipment rental monthly fee if the customer continues to use the service. The offer applies to customers registering for the designated SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plan at a designated residential address for 30-month fix term contract. Router photo is for reference only. Customers are required to make prepayment of 1-month service and 5G Broadband service equipment rental service fee (if applicable). Customer who subscribes to the Company's designated Home 5G Broadband Service Plan is required to make a deposit of HK$1,500 for “5G Broadband Service Equipment Rental Service" (if applicable) which will be refunded in full upon return of the 5G Broadband service equipment in good workable condition. Customer who registers the Services for the first time is entitled to a 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee period commencing from the service activation date ("Service Activation Date") of the designated service plan of the Services. Designated 5G mobile service plan: The offer is only applicable to #New Customer for 5G Mobile service plan. The offer is only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription for 4.5G Mobile service plan. A designated service plan with fixed-term contract subscription and an admin fee of $18 per month are required. Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
General Terms and Conditions: Each #New Customer will only be entitled to any welcome subscription offer once only. Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only.
