▲ Upon subscription of a designated 5G SIM Only Service Plan (80GB/130GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy extra 20GB Local Data offer per month during the contract period.


Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an administrative fee of $18 per month. Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and administrative fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.


Unlimited Local Data: The customer can enjoy 1Mbps unlimited data offer per month during the contract period. 1Mbps unlimited data Service Rebate: Subscription to 1Mbps unlimited data is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for 1Mbps unlimited data under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, 1Mbps unlimited data will be terminated.


“Talk Freely Pack” Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan and the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited for the number of days of usage during the bill cycle on a pro-rata basis (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract period, the prevailing service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)


5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with “DataRoam Plan”. Add-on SIM card(s): Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the specified 5G service plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 Add-on SIM cards. Up to 2 Add-on SIM cards can be subscribed for each of “4.5G Full Speed Add-on SIM card” and “4.5G 21Mbps Add-on SIM card” The contract of each Add-on SIM card will expire on the same expiry date of the 5G service plan contract. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all Add-on SIM card(s). The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all Add-on SIM card(s) will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan. Extra Local Data Offer: Only applicable to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract from 1st December 2022 onward opting for 5G Add-on SIM card(s) within designated contract period. Eligible customers who subscribe 5G Add-on SIM card(s) can enjoy extra 10GB Local Data per month for each 5G Add-on SIM card during the contract period. The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM card(s) subscribed by customer. Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps. For the Main SIM card and “5G Add-On SIM card(s)” (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps in 5G network; for “4.5G Full Speed Add-On SIM card” and “4.5G 21Mbps Add-On SIM card” plan (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps in 4G network.


“Easy Number” - mainland mobile number: The scope and service applicability of Mainland Mobile Number depend on the network coverage and service terms of third party service providers. Please contact the respective service provider for details. The Service is only available for customer who has subscribed to the Company’s monthly mobile service plan with Hong Kong Identity Card and applicants must be the account holder. Roaming charges will apply according to the usage for receiving phone calls or sending/receiving SMS outside Hong Kong. This service can only send to dedicated mainland phone number (12306, 9xxxx, 106xxxxxx) and Hong Kong/Overseas mobile phone number. The customer should download the Add-on Numbers / Easy Number app to use the service. Customer must agree and comply with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for mainland mobile numbers. Customer is required to download the Add-on Numbers / Easy Number app to submit personal information, designated identification documents and a recent photo of the mobile service plan account holder. The service will be activated within 2 days after document submission for Registration of True Identity Information. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V126 for details.


RoamFlex Data Pass- 36GB Asia Pacific service plan: 36-month contract required. Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass - 36GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$50 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$50 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The service will be automatically terminated after the expiry of the term of the service rebate. T&C apply. (Additional T&C-I044)


RoamFlex Data Pass-36GB Worldwide service plan: 36-month contract required. Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass-36GB Worldwide destinations with a monthly fee of HK$80 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$80 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The service will be automatically terminated after the expiry of the term of the service rebate. T&C apply. (Additional T&C-I044)


Mainland and Macau Data Pack – 3GB: The "Mainland and Macau Data Pack" is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$45, after a rebate of HK$45 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The "Mainland and Macau Data Pack" monthly 3GB data allowance can be used in Mainland and Macau only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers (users of all main and add-on SIMs under the same service plan) should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of "Mainland and Macau Data Pack", please check with our store assistances for the details about the arrangements of the thereafter usage and charges. 100 Minutes of Roaming Voice Minutes Per Month in Mainland and Macau: The 100 minutes of roaming voice minutes per month in Mainland and Macau (“The Roaming Voice Offer”) is only applicable to Primary SIM Card. The Roaming Voice Offer is only applicable in Mainland and Macau for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charge at standard roaming rates. The Roaming Voice offer cannot coexist with other packages that offer roaming voice minutes or roaming voice discounts (“The Designated Packages”). The Customer cannot enjoy the Roaming Voice Offer if Customer has purchased the Designated Packages when signing a contract, please check with our store assistances for the details.


Talk Freely Pack Service: The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.


Monthly Fee Rebate: Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the term of designated 5G Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). If the customer changes /upgrades to other service plans during the term of the designated service agreement, the entire rebate amount / remaining balance of rebate amount will be forfeited. Rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund under any circumstances.


Add-On SIM Subscription Offer: Upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract and 5G Add-On SIM and/or 4.5G Add-On SIM and/or 21Mbps Add-On SIM at the same time, Customer can enjoy Monthly Fee Rebate within contract period for each designated Add-On SIM. Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly upon the activation of each designated Add-on SIM card Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). Total rebate/ remaining rebate will be forfeited if the customer changes /upgrade to other service plans within the rebate credit period. The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund. Amount of Monthly Fee Rebate depends on the 5G service plan, category of Add-On SIM & number of Add-On SIM selected.


Handset Voucher Offer: Customers can enjoy Handset and Accessories Discount Offer for designated handset and accessory purchase upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract. The amount of the discount offer to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer. Customer is required to purchase designated handset and accessory at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price at the Company's stores. A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. (If applicable)The offer is valid for 365 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. Customer can use the discount offer for one transaction only and can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase.


No prepayment Offer: Only applicable to eligible existing customers who subscribed a designated service plan.


Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™:“SmarTone Screen Replace™” is provided by Avo Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively “Avo”). Upon accidental physical damage of the designated Smartphone/Wearable devices screen and/or its back cover, Avo will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice (must include the IMEI number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by Avo. The maximum amount of the smartphone reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable device reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim. The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the designated handset/wearable devices screen as well as back cover, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by AVO, offer a replacement as the only option for repair, Avo may exercise discretion and will reimburse up to 60% on the cost of replacement, subject to the maximum limit per device. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and Avo's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.Subject to relevant terms and conditions. SmarTone Plus membership & privilege: Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months. For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded. Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier. SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
