    a) Go to your My Infinity page and click the “MANAGE PAYMENT” button.
    b) Select the “Enter new credit card” option and follow system instructions to complete the update.

    If you are signing up for VIVEPORT Infinity for the first time, you can enjoy 14 days free trial VIVEPORT Infinity Annual. You will not be charged until your free trial period ends. If you have subscribed to VIVEPORT Infinity Annual service from SmarTone, the VIVEPORT Infinity Annual service will start after the 14 days free trial. Please note that the free trial offer is provided according to the announcement on the VIVEPORT website, the offer can be updated with no notice period.

    Refunds are not available for your Infinity subscription. When you first sign up for an Infinity subscription, you are immediately notified of the first recurring charge that will be applied to the account. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next charge, your account will auto-renew base on the subscription plan you choose. To cancel your subscription, you can visit your Infinity page.
