“Mainland China and Macau Data Pack” Service Rebate: Subscription to “Mainland China and Macau Data Pack” is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly service fee rebate under a designated plan within contract period. The amount of rebate depends on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate of the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days of usage (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract period, prevailing service fee will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.
Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month. Terms and Condition For 5G service plan:
5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with “DataRoam Plan”.
Customers can enjoy Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack Offer and / or Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass Offer for free during the contract period upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. The data usage of the Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack Offer and / or Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass Offer to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack (“the Package”):
The Free 1GB / 2GB / 3GB / 10GB / 15GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$40 / HK$58 / HK$88 / HK$298 / HK$448, after a rebate of HK$40 / HK$58 / HK$88 / HK$298 / HK$448 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 2GB / 3GB / 10GB / 15GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate “Data Roaming Day Pass” at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. (If applicable) The 200 minutes of roaming voice minutes per month in Mainland and Macau (“The Roaming Voice Offer”) is only applicable to Primary SIM Card. The Roaming Voice Offer is only applicable in Mainland and Macau for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charge at standard roaming rates. The Roaming Voice offer cannot coexist with other packages that offer roaming voice minutes or roaming voice discounts (“The Designated Packages”). The Customer cannot enjoy the Roaming Voice Offer if Customer has purchased the Designated Packages when signing a contract, please check with our store assistances for the details. 15GB / 35GB / 70GB Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass:
Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass – 15GB / 35GB / 70GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$28 / HK$48 / HK$68 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$28 / HK$48 / HK$68 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The Customer shall use the “RoamFlex Data Pass” for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. “Data Roaming Day Pass” or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan should be activated at the same time. The remaining data entitlement of the “RoamFlex Data Pass” will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the Customer’s accumulated “RoamFlex Data Pass” usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and top-up “RoamFlex Data Pass” data is purchased, or if the Customer is located in any overseas destination(s) other than designated destinations, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price under the “Data Roaming Day Pass” or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed, depending on the fee(s) to be charged in specific location(s). “RoamFlex Data Pass” subscription is only available to Main SIM mobile number. Customers of Main SIM and Add-on SIM under the designated plan can all enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under “RoamFlex Data Pass”. (If applicable) Customer can enjoy the roaming voice service at a special price (“The Voice Offer”) in specific destinations for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial for total 100 minutes within the contract period. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) or will be credited to customers' monthly bill and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the FPS information provided (If applicable). The rebate method depends on customers' selection. The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Handset Voucher Offer. Customer can use the Handset Voucher Offer for one transaction only and can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase.
Available Date means Estimated Pickup Date: The estimated pickup date and time are for reference only. The actual pickup date may change due to supply issues, transportation circumstances, natural disasters, or force majeure events. The Company reserves the right to modify the estimated pickup date and time. The Company does not guarantee that the Customer will pick up the item on the estimated pickup date and time and shall not be liable to any consequences and loss incurred due to the estimated pickup date and time changes.
Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™: “SmarTone Screen Replace™” is provided by Avo Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively “Avo”). Upon accidental physical damage of the designated handset screen and/or its back cover, and wearable device front screen, Avo will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice (must include the IMEI / Serial number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by Avo. The maximum amount of the handset reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable device reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim. The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the designated handset screen and/or its back cover, and wearable device front screen, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by AVO, offer a replacement as the only option for repair, Avo may exercise discretion and will reimburse up to 60% on the cost of replacement, subject to the maximum limit per device. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and Avo's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Monthly Fee Rebate:
Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the term of designated Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). If the customer changes /upgrades to other service plans during the term of the designated service agreement, the entire rebate amount / remaining balance of rebate amount will be forfeited. Rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund under any circumstances.
Add-on SIM card(s): Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the specified 5G service plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 5G Add-on SIM cards. The contract of each 5G Add-on SIM card will expire on the same expiry date of the 5G service plan contract. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all Add-on SIM card(s). The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all Add-on SIM card(s) will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan.
Extra Local Data Offer: Only applicable to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract from 1st December 2022 onward opting for 5G Add-on SIM card(s) within designated contract period. Eligible customers who subscribe 5G Add-on SIM card(s) can enjoy extra 10GB Local Data per month for each 5G Add-on SIM card during the contract period. The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM card(s) subscribed by customer.

Disney+ Standard 12F6
A minimum 12-month fixed term contract is required for the Disney+ Standard service. The average monthly fee is based on the retail price HK$81, after a contract rebate of HK$81 per month given in the first 6 bill month within the contract period. Upon the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing retail price of the service if the customer continues to use the service. The offer cannot co-exist with prevailing Disney+ offer under plan subscription offer / 1+1 5GBB Combo offer. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V162 for details.
Customer will receive an email or SMS notification about Disney+ service activation on the effective date of the Service. To activate Disney+ service, Customer must complete the activation by creating a Disney+ account (or log into an existing Disney+ account (if applicable)) and entering required information at Disney+ website through the designated activation link provided by SmarTone per instruction stated in the notification.
If Customer has an existing Disney+ account, Customer can link to it during Disney+ service activation. To avoid duplicated or unintended subscription and charge, Customer must review / manage subscription on the 'Account' page under the Disney+ account. For any queries regarding billing with Disney+ for the existing Disney+ account, please contact Disney+ customer service directly. If Customer has an existing Disney+ subscription through a third party, he / she must manage that subscription directly via such third party. SmarTone shall in no event be responsible to give any prior reminder in this respect nor be liable for any Customer's failure to timely and properly review or manage their Disney+ subscription.
If Customer has a Disney+ Extra Member Add-on with The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited, The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited will continue to bill the Customer on the Extra Member Add-on and give the Customer access to the Extra Member Add-on until cancelled.
Designated Data Waiving for Disney+ Customers:
Customer who uses his/her active SmarTone mobile service plan and/or Home 5G Broadband monthly service plan and has subscribed to any Disney+ plan through SmarTone shall enjoy the Disney+ local data waiver until December 31, 2025 or such other date as SmarTone may specify from time to time whichever is earlier. During such period, any monthly fees for such data waiver shall be waived (i.e., customer will not have to pay any additional monthly fee). Thereafter, such data waiver shall be automatically cancelled. This offer is subject to T&C-V164.

APAC Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack 50% Off Discount: “APAC Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack 50% Off Discount” (“this Offer”) is calculated based on 2 types of current original fees of APAC 4-Day and 7-Day Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack, after a rebate of half current original fees of Multi-Day Roaming Data Pack offered to the customer. The related fees are subject to change without prior notice. This Offer is only applicable to customers who subscribe to a designated service plan. This Offer is limited in quantity and may end early without prior notice. Each eligible customer can enjoy this Offer a maximum of 5 times during the contract period.
