    Smartwatch Protection Plan:

    Monthly fee $98 is based on the original monthly fee $128 for Smartwatch Protection Plan, after a rebate of $30 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

    Unlimited local data usage under this plan is at up to 5Mbps. Local data usage excludes tethering and peer-to-peer applications. This Service Plan is applicable to designated smart watch purchased from SmarTone.

    Administration Fee Waiver: Customer can enjoy Administration Fee Waiver offer starting from the first bill month within the contract period; the period between service activation day and first bill day will be charged on a pro-rate basis based on the original charge. Administration Fee Waiver offer is calculated based on the original $18 per month, after a rebate of $18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing Administration Fee if the customer continues to use the service.

    Customers can enjoy $500 Accessories Voucher Offer for one designated accessory purchase upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract.

    Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription. Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.

    Upgraded Back-to-Front SmarTone Screen Replace™:

    • SmarTone Screen Replace™ is provided by Avo Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively "Avo").
    • Upon accidental physical damage of the designated Smartphone/Wearable devices screen and/or its back cover, Avo will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice (must include the IMEI number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by Avo. The maximum amount of the smartphone reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable device reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim.
    • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the designated handset/Wearable devices screen as well as back cover, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by AVO, offer a replacement as the only option for repair, Avo may exercise discretion and will reimburse up to 60% on the cost of replacement, subject to the maximum limit per device. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and Avo's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.

If SmarTone believes that any Eligible Customer has acted in an abusive manner, SmarTone may terminate their entitlement to enjoy the Offer. SmarTone has the right to charge the full amount of the offer without prior notice. This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. SmarTone shall in no event be responsible for anything arising from any unauthorized use to any Eligible Customer’s SmarTone mobile service account at any given time including any fees or charges so incurred and shall in no event be liable for any suspension or termination of the Offer. SmarTone reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.     2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack:

    1.     The “2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack” provides data usage applicable in the APAC destinations. Coverage in the APAC destinations is the same as “Data Roaming Day Pass”. For details, please refer to https://www.smartone.com/hk/RDSDP_en .

    2.     The “2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack” provides 2GB of data usage per billing month for use in the APAC destinations.

    3.     Please enable IDD and Roaming services while traveling to ensure all roaming voice and data services are available.

    4.     Please enable the data roaming feature in the smart watch settings while traveling to enjoy the “2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack”.

    5.     When the “2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack” data usage is exhausted, the Company will send an email notification to the customer and the thereafter data speed will be capped at 256kbps until the next billing day.

    6.     If there is any remaining data from the “2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack” and any additionally purchased data, the unused data will be automatically canceled before the next billing day.

    7.     In-flight roaming is only applicable to selected flights. For details, please visit https://www.aeromobile.net/airlines/.

    8.     The “2GB APAC Roaming Data Pack” is only applicable to designated service plans. The designated service plans are subject to change without prior notice.

    1.       Customers with designated service plans can purchase an additional “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack” for $48/GB or $96/2GB via stores or Roaming Hotline at +852 27936397 before traveling abroad.

    2.       The “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack” provides data usage applicable in Worldwide Hotspots and Other Regions ("Worldwide destinations"). Coverage in the Worldwide Hotspots and Other Regions is the same as “Data Roaming Day Pass”. For details, please refer to https://www.smartone.com/hk/RDSDP_en .

    3.       The “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack” provides 1GB or 2GB of data usage depend on the purchased roaming data plan from the date of purchase or designated effective date until the next billing day for use in the Worldwide destinations.

    4.       Please enable IDD and Roaming services while traveling to ensure all roaming voice and data services are available.

    5.       Please enable the data roaming feature in the smart watch settings while traveling to enjoy the “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack”.

    6.       When the remaining data usage of the "Worldwide Roaming Data Pack " reaches 400MB, the Company will send an email notification to the customer. After the “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack” data is fully used, roaming data service in the Worldwide destinations will be suspended until the customer purchase an additional “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack” for $48/GB or $96/2GB via stores or Roaming Hotline at +852 27936397.

    7.       If there is any remaining data from the “Worldwide Roaming Data Pack” and any additionally purchased data, the unused data will be automatically canceled before the next billing day.

The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received.         HK$1,200 Handset & Accessory Voucher:

        Customers can enjoy Handset and Accessories Discount Offer for designated handset and accessory purchase upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. The amount of the discount offer to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer. Customer is required to purchase designated handset and accessory at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price at the Company's stores. A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) or will be credited to customers' monthly bill and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the FPS information provided (If applicable). The rebate method depends on customers' selection. The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. Customer can use the discount offer for one transaction only and can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase.

        Upgraded Back-to-Front SmarTone Screen Replace™:

        Customers must register for the Kids CARE service using an activated mobile number under an eligible All-Round Safety Smartphone Plan in order to enjoy this offer. Each customer can only enjoy this offer once per account. A 12-month service contract is required. Monthly fee rebate of $58 will be credited within contract period. If the customer terminates this services within contract period, the rebates of remaining months and other offers (if any) will be automatically cancelled. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.
