    You can subscribe to the service via the Company Store. We suggest having Swissvoice C50s user to subscribe to the service, and each SmarTone mobile number can subscribe to the service once.

    Any special requirement of using the SmarT Caregiver Service?

    The service requires active air time and mobile data services to keep its normal operation. To get the ideal experience of using the service, we suggest the Swissvoice C50s and Caregiver’s smartphone should be equipped with unlimited mobile data with speed no less than 768kbps and enable VoLTE function.

    As the Caregiver, can I use single account to manage multiple Swissvoice C50s smartphones?

    Yes, Caregiver can use single account to manage multiple Swissvoice C50s smartphones; However, each Swissvoice C50s smartphone must separately subscribe to the SmarT Caregiver Service. Each SmarTone mobile number can subscribe the service once.

    How to register the SmarT Caregiver Service account and pair with Swissvoice C50s user?

    Before registering and using the service, Caregiver need to download the SmarT Caregiver Service app in his/her smartphone. Then, open the app and click “Register here” to follow the instruction for service registration and Swissvoice C50s user pairing.

    Each new Caregiver must go through the service account registration in order to get the Swissvoice C50s user’s safeguard authorization. It is advised that Caregiver and Swissvoice C50s user whom will be asked to validate authorizations to proceed the service registration together. Also, Swissvoice C50s smartphone must be equipped with mobile number which subscribe to the service and the access to the network.

    If you change to another Swissvoice C50s smartphone for whatever reason, you need to go through the registration the service account again (SmarT Caregiver Service app → My Account → Personal Info → Add/Refresh User) and get Swissvoice C50s user’s safeguard authorization.

    If you change the mobile number of using the service, you are required to login the service app again.

    How to set SOS contact person?

    SOS contact requires active air time and mobile data services to keep its normal operation.

    You can access Swissvoice C50s Main Page→More→Settings→Advanced Settings→SOS and Support→SOS Number to set contact person who receives SOS call & SOS SMS with Swissvoice C50s smartphone’s locations (Max. 1 ppl) & SOS SMS with Swissvoice C50s smartphone’s locations (Max. 5 ppl). Also, Caregiver with SmarT Caregiver Service app also receive the SOS push notification with Swissvoice C50s smartphone’s locations.

    What is “Burst call/ video call”?

    Once Swissvoice C50s user is constantly not able to pick up the call, Caregiver can use the “Burst call”/ “Burst video call” function. Without clicking any button by Swissvoice C50s user, voice call/ video call will be made and you can talk to Swissvoice C50s user / observe his/her surroundings immediately.

    Caregivers can real-time listen and watch what is happening at Swissvoice C50s user's place via “Monitor” function in the SmarT Caregiver Service app.

    With Swissvoice C50s user consent, Caregivers can operate Swissvoice C50s smartphone and change the setting remotely via “Remote” function in the SmarT Caregiver Service app.

    Caregiver can track Swissvoice C50s user’s real-time location via SmarT Caregiver Service app location display. Swissvoice C50s smartphone must enable location function and be with mobile data services to use location tracking function.

    When Swissvoice C50s smartphone enter or leave designated area, SMS will be sent to the Caregivers. And Caregivers will also receive SmarT Caregiver Service app push notification. You may set the area in My Account→Setting→Geofence in the app.

    What are “Environment Change Indicators”? What notification from environment change indicators can Caregiver receive?

    The SMARTBASE is fitted with sensors measuring essential parameters such as temperature, humidity, sound and brightness. When Swissvoice C50s smartphone is on the SMARTBASE, Caregiver can monitor the real-time situation of the SMARTBASE’s surroundings, for example checking if light has been switched on at the usual times.

    Also, Caregiver can set the temperature threshold to obtain the temperature alert via Swissvoice C50s smartphone Settings→Advanced Settings→SOS and Support. When the SMARTBASE measures the temperature higher or lower than designated threshold, SMS will be sent to the Caregiver. And Caregiver will also receive app push notification about the temperature.
