Monthly fee HK$108 is based on the original monthly fee HK$138 for 5G Student Plan, after a rebate of HK$30 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. Unlimited Local Data: The customer can enjoy 1Mbps unlimited data offer per month during the contract period. 1Mbps unlimited data Service Rebate: Subscription to 1Mbps unlimited data is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for 1Mbps unlimited data under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract, 1Mbps unlimited data will be terminated.

When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 1Mbps / 5Mbps in 5G network, the thereafter data speed depends on the contract subscription of the service plan selected.

Administration Fee Waiver Offer: Customer can enjoy Administration Fee Waiver offer starting from the first bill month within the contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators; the period between service activation day and first bill day will be charged on a pro-rate basis based on the original charge. Administration Fee Waiver offer is calculated based on the original HK$18 per month, after a rebate of HK$18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing Administration Fee if the customer continues to use the service.

Fixed-Term contract is not required for Smart Data Bank; customers are required to pay service fee monthly. Monthly fee HK$18 of "SmarT Data Bank" is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88 for "SmarT Data Bank", after HK$70 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Other services included: 500 Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.

The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan includes unlimited local voice minutes and unlimited local data usage. The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

Talk Freely Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)

A 12-month contract is required for hmvod. A rebate of $48 per month will be given in first, third and sixth bill months within contract period. Service Plan includes "VIP UNLIMITED" VOD programme and 2 hmvod movie coupons per month. hmvod movie coupons can be used for renting programmes tagged with "VOUCHER" ("the Rental"). The movie voucher required for the Rental marked with "VOUCHER" on their respective information pages. At the end of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service. 

Gamergizer offer: Only applicable to Gamergizer (12 -month contract). 12-month contract is required. Frist 3 months service fee offer is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$38, after a rebate of HK$38 per month has been given to the customer. The rebate will be credited to customer in next bill month upon the service subscription of Gamergizer.

The unlimited data usage under "Anytime Music" is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by listening to music within the designated music streaming apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download, software update, account registration and login, advertisement, upload, download and live video, non-music contents (including but not limited to the text, images, header files, app analytics, using in- app location based features, and any video/music streamed over VPN) within the designated apps are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the "Anytime Music" service will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the customer purchases data top-up options.

Anytime Music Service Rebate: Subscription to Anytime Music is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Anytime Music under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.
