Home 5G Broadband Service (SIM Cards) (“the SIM Cards”) and Home 5G Wi-Fi 6 Router (“ Router”) are made available to Customers by SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited.
- The plan includes first 200GByte Full Speed Monthly Data. When the data usage reaches the plan's allowance, data service will continues and be subject to FUP (Fair Usage Policy), i.e. the access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.
- The provision of the service is subject to the network coverage of the Company. In case particular spots where the 5G network are not available, we will continue to provide the service through 4G network. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as area & layout of the premises, construction materials, and other extraneous factors.
- Home 5G Broadband Service is activated within 2business days only upon Customer registered and submitted all documents required..
- 7-day Trial & Return Guarantee are not eligible for this product and service. The fee paid is non-refundable if the Customer fails to use the service for whatever reason.
- Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of SIM and Router upon use Home 5G Broadband Service. Customer must keep all receipts for the service confirmation and future verification.
- The Services shall not be used under any one of the following circumstances, including but without limitation (i) using the Services in any manner which adversely affects the Company’s ability to provide, complete or maintain the level or quality of its network or other services; and (ii) in any manner which is designed to cause loss or damage to the Company such as using the Services for commercial purposes or reselling the Services. If the Customer fails to comply with any of the prohibitions specified in above; or upon the occurrence of any one or more of the circumstances specified in above; or if in the reasonable opinion of the Company, the Customer’s use of the Services adversely effects the Company’s ability to provide, complete or maintain the level or quality of its network or other services or to cause loss or damage to the Company, the Company may forthwith take such steps it considers reasonably necessary or appropriate including but not limited to restricting, limiting, suspending or terminating the Services to the Customer without notice.
