  • At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.

    Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

  • Prepayment is required for subscribing to the above plans. It will be credited to the customer by monthly instalments over the contract period.

    To enjoy HK$0 cash prepayment and 0% interest instalments, customers are required to subscribe to the iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan with dual handset subscription and paying with one of the selected credit cards of HSBC, Hang Seng, SCB, Manhattan, Citibank, BOC, Dah Sing, MEVAS, DBS, BEA, Fubon Bank, Bank of Communications, Wing Hang Bank, Wing Lung Bank, Shanghai Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank or AEON. The above offer is required to use designated credit card for settlement and monthly service fees should be settled by credit card autopay. The prepayment under this offer is HK$18,360. The prepayment will be withheld from the customer's credit card limit, and this will be released in line with the monthly handset repayment charged to customer's credit card over the life of the contract. This charge will be credited to the customer's mobile service monthly bill over the course of the contract.

  • SmarTone Screen Replace™ is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel.

    iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan:
  • The Plan includes an extra SIM card for free. If the registered mobile number of the plan is terminated/disconnected or changes to a non-specified plan for whatever reason, the free extra SIM card under the plan will be terminated automatically at the same time.
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • WiFi service fee is waived during contract period only.

  • The above offer is required to use credit card for settlement. Monthly service fees should be settled by credit card autopay.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full units. Each full unit is based on a per minute airtime.

Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions, which may arise.
  • Plan is not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.

  • Supreme Dual-Phone Offer
  • Customers can enjoy two designated smartphone models for free upon contract subscription of an iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan with dual handset subscription. The prepayment will be credited to the customer by monthly instalments over the contract period.
  • Each of the SIM cards can enjoy extra 5GB local data per month and Data@Your Will offer within the contract period.
  • Customers can enjoy 12 months’ SmarTone Screen Replace™ for free for the two designated smartphone models under the Plan.
  • The Credit Amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Customers can enjoy the offer once only upon the contract subscription of a designated service plan.

  • Data@Your Will:
  • Customers can enjoy free FUP Unlimited Data within the contract period upon contract subscription of a designated iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan with dual handset subscription. At the end of the free service period for FUP Unlimited Data, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing FUP Unlimited Data.
  • Each of the SIM Card under the service plan is entitled to this offer once only.
  • FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjunction with Multi-SIM Plan, Tag-On SIM Plans and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan.
  • Free WiFi service:
    i) Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.
    ii) Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan.
    iii) Customers are required to register for WiFi service through our 24-hour service hotline 2880 2688.
    iv) WiFi service applies to designated WiFi hotspots provided by Y5 ZONE Limited in Hong Kong only.

  • Free Service Offers:
  • Only available to customers who have subscribed to an iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan with dual handset subscription.
  • Each of the SIM Card under the Plan can enjoy Call Guard service and ST Protect service for free.

  • Only available to customers who have subscribed to an iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan with dual handset subscription.
  • The Customer of the Plan and the extra SIM card should also activate “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • Eachof the SIM cards can enjoy “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at 50% off on fixed daily rate (based on original price). The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The fixed daily rate will be adjusted from HK$138 (China/Macau) or HK$198 (other destinations) to HK$69 or HK$99 respectively for roaming data each day, HK$60 credit for local outgoing calls within same city and free global travel insurance are included.A daily rate of only HK$34 (original at HK$68) is applied when you start to use roaming data after 18:00 (local time) in the visited destination (excluding the HK$60 credit for local outgoing calls within same city).   • (If applicable) Any free day entitlement of Virtual WiFi Egg offered to an existing contract of a service number under the service plan will firstly be deducted with the use of Virtual WiFi Egg.
  • (If applicable) Any free day entitlement of “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan offered to an existing contract of a service number under the service plan will be forfeited when the Customer switches to Virtual WiFi Egg for the customers of the Plan and the extra SIM card. The forfeited free day entitlement will not be refunded or replenished to the Customer.
  • (If applicable) Any free day entitlement of Virtual WiFi Egg offered to an existing contract of a service number under the service plan will be forfeited when the Customer switches to “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan for the customers of the Plan and the extra SIM card. The forfeited free day entitlement will not be refunded or replenished to the Customer.

  • Home Fibre Broadband Service Offer:
  • Subscription to designated mobile service plan with the registration of Fibre Broadband service under the same account / Subscription to any HomePhone+ with the registration of ST Fibre Broadband under the same HKID is required.
  • The offer only applies to customers registering for broadband service at a designated resident address.
  • The number of monthly fee waiver depends on the Fibre Broadband ’ s service plan selected.
  • The waived monthly fee only includes basic Broadband Service, excluding entertainment pack.
  • The total waived monthly fee will be credited to the customer account over the contract period of the Service Plan. (Monthly rebate = The total waived monthly fee/30months)

  • SmarTone Screen Replace™ (For iPhone):
  • Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace and subscription to a designated iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plan with handset subscripton, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.
  • A customer may choose the 24-month option of SmarTone Screen Replace™, by paying a fee of HK$300. Or paying a fee of HK$400 to get reimbursement for the cost of screen/LCD panel repair or replacement, twice in the 24-month period.
  • The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
  • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by SmarTone, offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may exercise discretion and will reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and SmarTone's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.

  • SmarTone Plus membership
  • Customers who subscribe designated mobile service plan will enjoy PriorityPlus tier membership of SmarTone Plus. Designated mobile service plans include: iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Dual Handset Subscription; iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Dual Handset Subscription with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations). Fixed-term contract are required for the above plans, customers opting for DataRoam Plan (2 destinations), the contract end date will be the same as the iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Dual Handset Subscription.
  • Customers who subscribe designated mobile service plan will enjoy PriorityPlus Premium tier membership of SmarTone Plus. Designated mobile service plans include: iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Dual Handset Subscription with add-on for DataRoam plan (3 destinations) or DataRoam plan (6 destinations). Fixed-term contract are required for the above plans, customers opting for DataRoam Plan (3 destinations) or (6 destinations), the contract end date will be the same as the iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Dual Handset Subscription.
  • SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited may terminate SmarTone Plus or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
