The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan.

Subscription to designated mobile service plan / HomePhone+ can enjoy up to 9-Month Fee Waiver for Fibre Broadband service, when you also subscribe to Fibre Broadband service for your home.

Other services included: Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.

  • The User of Registered Number of the plan can authorise all other mobile numbers under the same plan to purchase a top-up.  Please visit our stores or call 2880 2688  for details.
     
    At any time when the accumulated local data usage of all SIM cards under a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the User of Registered Number , and other plan users who are authorised to purchase a top-up. Users may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. The Company will treat the first SMS reply received as purchase confirmation and the top-up data purchased will be shared between all SIM cards under the same plan. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the accumulated data usage of all SIMs has reached the allowance. Users may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.
     
    Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.
     
  • A prepayment of designated amount is required. The prepayment amount varies according to the designated smartphone model and service plan selected by the customer. It will be credited to the customer by monthly instalments over the contract period. The available smartphones will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants for details. 

    To enjoy HK$0 cash prepayment and 0% interest instalments, customers are required to subscribe to the SuperCare Family Plan with handset subscription and paying with one of the selected credit cards of HSBC, Hang Seng, SCB, Manhattan, Citibank, BOC, Dah Sing, MEVAS, DBS, BEA, Fubon Bank, Bank of Communications, Wing Hang Bank, Wing Lung Bank, Shanghai Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank or AEON. The above offer is required to use designated credit card for settlement and monthly service fees should be settled by credit card autopay. The prepayment (minus the smartphone price) will be withheld from the customer's credit card limit, and this will be released in line with the monthly handset repayment charged to customer's credit card over the life of the contract. This charge will be credited to the customer's mobile service monthly bill over the course of the contract.

  • SmarTone Screen Replace™ is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel.

Terms and Conditions for these Plans

    SuperCare Family Plans:
  • All local data and voice usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the plan.
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • The above offer is required to use credit card for settlement. Monthly service fees should be settled by credit card autopay.
  • Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge and standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • SuperCare Family Plans with handset subscription are not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which has manually opted for 2G network. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
  • Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
  • Plans cannot be used in conjunction with FUP Unlimited Data, Multi-SIM and Tag-On SIM Plans.
  • If the registered mobile number of the plan is terminated/disconnected or changes to a non-specified plan for whatever reason, all SIMs under the plan will be terminated automatically at the same time.

  • Extra Double-up Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who newly subscribe to the SuperCare Family Plans.
  • Customers can enjoy extra double-up local data in the first 12 bill months within the contract period. The extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.

  • SmarTone Screen Replace™ offer:
  • Each service plan can enjoy this offer once.
  • Your smartphone is required to meet the designated criteria in order to enjoy SmarTone Screen Replace™ . Please click here for details.
  • A customer may choose the 24-month option of SmarTone Screen Replace™, by paying a fee of HK$300. Or paying a fee of HK$400 to get reimbursement for the cost of screen/LCD panel repair or replacement, twice in the 24-month period.
  • The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
  • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by SmarTone, offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may exercise discretion and will reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and SmarTone's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.

  • Our Company reserves the right for final decision to this offer and changes the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • Home Fibre Broadband Service Offer:
  • Subscription to designated mobile service plan with the registration of Fibre Broadband service under the same account / Subscription to any HomePhone+ with the registration of ST Fibre Broadband under the same HKID is required.
  • The offer only applies to customers registering for broadband service at a designated resident address.
  • The number of monthly fee waiver depends on the Fibre Broadband’s service plan selected.
  • The waived monthly fee only includes basic Broadband Service, excluding entertainment pack.
  • The total waived monthly fee will be credited to the customer account over the contract period of the Service Plan. (Monthly rebate = The total waived monthly fee/30months)

  • SmarTone Plus membership :
  • Customers who subscribe designated mobile service plan will enjoy PriorityPlus tier membership of SmarTone Plus. Designated mobile service plans include: 6GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription; 6GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or DataRoam plan (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 10GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription; 10GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations). Fixed-term contract are required for the above plans, customers opting for DataRoam Plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations), the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription.
  • Customers who subscribe designated mobile service plan will enjoy PriorityPlus Premium tier membership of SmarTone Plus. Designated mobile service plans include: 10GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription with add-on for DataRoam plan (3 destinations) or DataRoam plan (6 destinations); 20GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription; 20GB SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or DataRoam plan (3 destinations) or DataRoam plan (6 destinations). Fixed-term contract are required for the above plans, customers opting for DataRoam Plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations), the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Family Plan with Handset Subscription.
  • SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited may terminate SmarTone Plus or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
