ExtraCare Smartphone Plan is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem/ pocket WiFi/ TV box/ BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier version) and does not support any web browsing in desktop mode via any mobile browser. If the customer uses this plan on other connected devices, 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speed may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
If customers opt for particular additional multimedia services (including but not limited to X-Power); when local data usage exceeds 1GB, customer experience of those related multimedia services will be affected. Please ask our store assistants for details.
Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
Additional voice minutes are charged at HK$0.9/minute.
Each call's duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on one minute airtime charge.
Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
Roaming charges and standard roaming data charges apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
The minimum roaming data charging unit is 1KB. Usage under 1KB will be rounded up to the nearest 1KB.
All customers can enjoy a deposit waiver on 001 IDD, 1638 IDD and International Roaming Services.

Flexi-switch For Designated Service Plans:
Only applicable to new customers or existing customers with a new line subscription to a designated Service Plan.
Flexi-switch allows customers to change to another designated Service Plan (“Switch”) once within the first 3 months from the date of activation of the service subscription under the contract made prior to the Switch (“Pre-Switch Contract”).
When the customer changes to a designated Service Plan under Flexi-switch (“Switch Contract”), the customer shall use the designated Service Plan for the remaining period of the Switch Contract (“Switch Contract Term”).
The applicable GoodCare Smartphone Plan for Flexi-switch includes GoodCare Smartphone Plan at a monthly fee of HK$88 only. Other GoodCare Smartphone Plans are not applicable for Flexi-switch.
(if applicable) FUP Unlimited Data Plan:
If the Pre-Switch Contract carries a FUP Unlimited Data Plan but the Customer is not entitled to a FUP Unlimited Data Plan under the Switch Contract, the FUP Unlimited Data Plan under the Pre-Switch Contract will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will not be entitled to the FUP Unlimited Data Plan during the Switch Contract Term.
(if applicable) The selected services, rebates, extra local data and airtime offers and the special offers entitlements (including, but not limited to, quotas of Customer Smartphone and Tablet offer, SuperCare Unbundled Smartphone Plan’s designated smartphones and tablets at Unbundled Prices, accessories coupons and premium) of the Pre-Switch Contract will be superseded by the Switch Contract which the customer has changed to under Flexi-switch.

3-Month Fee Waiver for ST Fibre Broadband
Subscription to any mobile service plan with the registration of ST Fibre Broadband under the same account or subscription to any HomePhone+ with the registration of ST Fibre Broadband under the same HKID is required.
Offer applies to customers registering for broadband service at a designated resident address.
The total waived monthly fee will be credited to the customer account over the contract period of the Service Plan. (Monthly rebate = The total waived monthly fee/30months)
