Subscription Offer:
- Offer is only applicable to customer who subscribes / re-contracts / upgrades to a designated service plan. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month.
- Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.
- Terms and Condition For 5G service plan: 5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with "DataRoam Plan".
5G SIM Only Monthly Plan:
- A designated fixed-term contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
- Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
- Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is HK$0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is HK$0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
- Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
- 5G service plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
- Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
- Plans cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.

$1,500 Handset Voucher Offer:
- Customers can enjoy Handset Voucher Offer for designated handset purchase upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. The amount of the Voucher to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer. Customer is required to purchase designated handset at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price at the Company's stores. The offer is only applicable for customer purchase designated handset at Recommended Retail Price $5,000 or above. A prepayment of designated amount of service fee is required (If applicable). Prepayment amount depends on the service plan selected. The prepayment amount will be credited to the customer according to the rebate arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) upon the activation. The prepayment amount will be credited to customer’s bank account via Faster Payment System (FPS) or will be credited to customers' monthly bill and the mobile services plan must be still activated. Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the FPS information provided (If applicable). The rebate method depends on customers' selection. The offer is valid for 180 days from the date of contract subscription or the date of contract renewal acceptance. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Handset Voucher Offer. Customer can use the Handset Voucher Offer for one transaction only and can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase.
Terms & Conditions for “$500 Accessories Voucher”:
- Customer must purchase specified accessories combination (including Apple Watch Ultra 3, Apple Watch Series 11 46mm Aluminum Case and AirPods Pro 3) with suggested retail price.
- Offer is applicable only at SmarTone’s shop, valid for 90 days from the issue date. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other mobile phone and/or accessory voucher promotions.
- Each customer may use the accessory voucher once during the validity period.
- The $500 accessory voucher promotion is time-limited, and the end date is solely determined by the company. The company reserves the right to terminate the promotion, amend the terms and conditions, or revoke a customer's eligibility for the voucher at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
$300 Trade-in Rebate :
- SmarTone postpaid mobile service customers or Home 5G broadband service plan customers ("Existing Customers") is entitled a $300 "Trade-in Rebate" when purchase designated mobile phone or tablet. "Trade-in Rebate" is limited to the holder and is not transferable. Customers must complete the trade-in transaction within 90 days of purchasing the new eligible device ("Eligible Transaction") to redeem the $300 Trade-in rebate. The company will provide trade-in price of designated brands and models of handset, tablet, smart wearables or earphones based on their condition ("Trade-in Device"). Each Trade-in Device should include a battery and must function properly. It should meet the company's trade-in standards. Trade-in prices vary depending on the condition of the Trade-in Device. The company will not accept any devices which have been altered in any way. Customer may select to collect the Trade-in price through the following methods (a) Fast Payment System ("FPS"); (b) credit to customer's account; or (c) used immediately to offset payment of designated mobile phone or tablet. Customer can redeem $300 Trade-in rebate once per Eligible Transaction. The payment will be credited to his / her account after 14 working days. Customers must confirm that SIM card has been removed and backed up all data stored on the Trade-in Device. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from the Trade-in Device. Once the transaction is complete, the Trade-in Device cannot be reclaimed. The trade-in price is determined by the company and may be subject to change without prior notice. The trade-in service is only available at designated stores. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision.
AI Connect Service:
- This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
- Customers who subscribe to a designated service plan under a fixed-term contract are eligible to enjoy a designated subscription period of AI Connect service.
- Customer is required to sign a 12-month fixed term contract. A rebate of $28 per month will be given in every bill month within contract period. After the expiry of fixed term contract, this service shall be automatically cancelled.
- When using the designated web-based AI tools, users may need to register separately.
- SmarTone reserves the right of final decision related to the service and reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this service and/or revise the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V172 for details.

Free Travel Insurance:

Customers who are aged above 70 on the date the Data Service is successfully activated (Hong Kong time) are not eligible for Travel Protection. Upgraded Handset Back-to-Front & Wearable Device “SmarTone Screen Replace™”:
Upgraded SmarTone Screen Replace™ is provided by Avo Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively “Avo”).
Upon accidental physical damage of the designated handset screen and/or its back cover, and wearable device front screen, Avo will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice (must include the IMEI / Serial number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by Avo. The maximum amount of the handset reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable device reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim. The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the designated handset screen and/or its back cover, and wearable device front screen, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by AVO, offer a replacement as the only option for repair, Avo may exercise discretion and will reimburse up to 60% on the cost of replacement, subject to the maximum limit per device. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and Avo's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Our Company reserves the right for final decision to this offer and changes the terms and conditions without prior notice.
2GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack:
- The Free 2GB per month Mainland & Macau Roaming Data Pack ("the Package") is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$58, after a rebate of HK$58 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. The monthly 2GB data allowance of the Package can be used in Mainland and Macau and only available for existing customers of the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan. Customers should activate "Data Roaming Day Pass" at the same time. When the Customer is located in Mainland and Macau and the data usage has exceeded the monthly allowance of the Package, the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may reply by SMS to purchase a top-up of the Package at the charge as specified in the SMS received. If the Customer does not reply to top-up, any subsequent data roaming usage will be deducted from other roaming products. If no other product is available, customers will be charged at a fixed daily rate automatically. Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to (T&C-I041

15GB Asia Pacific RoamFlex Data Pass within contract period:
- Subscription to RoamFlex Data Pass – 15GB Asia Pacific destinations with a monthly fee of HK$28 is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy HK$28 monthly fee rebate starting from the next bill month within the contract period. The Customer shall use the “RoamFlex Data Pass” for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. The term shall start from the service effective date. "Data Roaming Day Pass" or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan should be activated at the same time. The remaining data entitlement of the “RoamFlex Data Pass” will be automatically forfeited when the Term expires. If the Customer’s accumulated “RoamFlex Data Pass” usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and top-up “RoamFlex Data Pass” data is purchased, or if the Customer is located in any overseas destination(s) other than designated destinations, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price under the "Data Roaming Day Pass" or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed, depending on the fee(s) to be charged in specific location(s). “RoamFlex Data Pass” subscription is only available to Main SIM mobile number. Customers of Main SIM and Add-on SIM under the designated plan can all enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under “RoamFlex Data Pass”. Terms and conditions apply (T&C-I044

6 Months Free trial for Kids CARE:
- Each customer can only enjoy this offer once per account.
- A 6-month service contract is required. Monthly fee rebate of $56 will be credited within contract period. If the customer terminates this services within contract period, the rebates of remaining months and other offers (if any) will be automatically cancelled. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:
- Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
- For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
- Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
- The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract / upgrade / Add-on SIM card offers. The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans/ cannot activate the service in 180 days upon the contract subscription, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice. This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Automatic Contract Renewal Arrangement:
- If you agree and accept the arrangement for contract auto renewal, your mobile service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services will be automatically renewed at the prevailing price for the same contract period upon the expiry of the fixed contract term thereof, unless (i) You notify SmarTone the otherwise before the expiration of an existing or any of the renewed term of the contract via customer service hotline or retail shops of SmarTone; or (ii) SmarTone ceases to offer the same service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services. The same terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain unchanged. This automatic contract renewal arrangement shall be subject to the final and absolute discretion of SmarTone.
