SmarTone provides a one-year free warranty for handsets and a six-month warranty for handset accessories (unless otherwise specified). Services are only available to handsets purchased at SmarTone and damages not caused by human errors. Please see below for details.

SmarTone Charges

An inspection fee will be charged if the product warranty has expired.

Repair fee : Depending on the damage level of the handset.

Repair time : Depending on damage level of the handset.

If your handset brand is Nokia, HTC, Sony Xperia™, Motorola, Samsung, LG or Apple, please consult respective manufacturers in Macau directly.

Free inspection for handsets with valid warranty.
