In addition to the monthly bill, you are free to check your up-to-date bill information and airtime balance whenever, wherever and whichever way you like. The service is provided free of charge.

1. Enquiry through mobile phone:

Review your account through SMS:
Postpaid Subscriber, key in .
Spot Contract Subscriber, key in .

2. Enquiry via web

To check balances via the SmarTone website, login to "My Account", choose "My Bill" and click "View My Bill". For postpaid subscriber, you can review your last six month’s statements. For Contract subscriber, you can review your last three month’s statements.
