Payment Methods

Making payment is very simple. You can settle your SmarTone bill through any of the following methods:

In Person at SmarTone Stores

Payment by cheque, cash, debit card, VISA/ mastercard/ UnionPay credit card, WeChat Pay, MACAU Pass, MPay, ALIPAY, BOC pay and ICBC ePay* are accepted at SmarTone stores.

* VISA/ mastercard/ UnionPay credit card, WeChat Pay, MACAU Pass, MPay, ALIPAY and ICBC ePay are also available in designated direct sales booths, please call our hotline at 1628 for details.

By Post

Please send a crossed cheque made payable to "SmarTone Mobile Communications (Macau) Limited". On the back of your cheque, please write down:

The name of your account with SmarTone
Your mobile number and account number

and mail it to SmarTone at Avenida Xian Xing Hai, Centro Golden Dragon, 12 andar, Macau, together with the remittance slip.

*Please mark on the envelope "Bill Payment" for our quick attention.

You may wish to know that final payment can normally be settled in 3 working days.

Autopay -- Direct Debit

Please take the authorisation forms and apply for direct debit at SmarTone stores or Banco Delta Asia, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited, Tai Fung Bank and Weng Hang Bank.

Once approved, your service charge will be settled automatically each month by direct debit, you don't need to worry about late payment any more.

Autopay -- Credit Card Direct Debit

Please take the authorisation forms and apply for credit card direct debit at SmarTone stores in person, or by post to "SmarTone Mobile Communications (Macau) Limited, Avenida Xian Xing Hai, Centro Golden Dragon, 12 andar, Macau

Please state "Payment Settle" on envelop. Once approved, your service charge will be settled automatically each month by credit card direct debit, you don't need to worry about late payment any more.

Bank Counter

Customers may pay their SmarTone bill in person at any branches of Banco Delta Asia, Banco Nacional Ultramarino and Bank of China.

Phone Banking

Payment by phone-banking is available at Bank of China and Tai Fung Bank Limited. Customer may apply for this service at any branches of the bank.

Online Payment

If you are a registered user of Banco Nacional Ultramarino , Bank of China or Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited , you can pay online. Please refer to the relevant bank for service application enquiries.

Pay by MPay apps

You can settle payment or top-up through MPay apps. Please click here for details.

Important Note

Outgoing call services will be barred if payment has not been settled by the payment due date.
