Roger Kuong
Director – Engineering & Operations

Mr Kuong is in charge of network design and operations of SmarTone Macau. He is also responsible for dealing with regulation issues with the Direcçāo dos Serviços de Regulação de Telecomunicações (DSRT). Mr Kuong has over 25 years’ experience in telecommunication products and services. Previously, he has held various managerial positions in different departments, including fixed networks, GSM/PCS telecommunication systems, value-added services systems, and internet and broadband network services. Mr Kuong holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Administration.

Rosa Tang
Financial Controller

Ms Tang is in charge of the Account and Finance operations of the Group. Prior to joining the Company, she was the manager of Portugal Telecom. Ms Tang graduated from York University in Canada with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a qualified accountant in Macau.
