  • The special monthly fees HK$88 is calculated based on the original monthly fees HK$118 for GoodCare Smartphone Plan subscription, after a contract bonus of HK$30 per month has been given to the customer for 24 months. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Terms and Conditions for this Plan

    HK$118 GoodCare Smartphone Plan (24-month contract):
  • Total monthly fee rebate HK$720 will be credited back to your monthly bill by way of 24 monthly installments ($30x 24 months).
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month
  • Unlimited local data usage under this plan is at up to 2Mbps and is applicable to mobile phone use only.
  • It is not available for sharing internet function via mobile phones (including tethering) and peer-to-peer applications (including BitTorrent).
  • Other services included: 2,000 basic voice mins, Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.
  • This Plan is not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network.
  • This plan does not support any web browsing in desktop mode via any mobile browser.
  • GoodCare Smartphone Plan is not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem/ pocket WiFi/ TV box/ BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions). If the customer uses this plan on other connected devices, 2G phones/ connected devices?or any phones/ connected devices?which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speed may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
  • X-Power and HR Wide are not available on this plan. Please ask our store assistants for details.
  • Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge. Intra SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to SmarTone customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 Intra SMS units (“Quota”). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the thereafter charge is $0.3 per Intra SMS; charge per Inter-network SMS is $0.6. Each SMS is calculated on 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters basis. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • The minimum roaming data charging unit is 1KB. Usage under 1KB will be rounded up to the nearest 1KB.
  • All customers can enjoy a deposit waiver on 001 IDD , 1638 IDD and International Roaming Services.

    • Home Fibre Broadband Service Offer
  • Subscription to designated mobile service plan with the registration of Fibre Broadband service under the same account / Subscription to any HomePhone+ with the registration of ST Fibre Broadband under the same HKID is required.
  • The offer only applies to customers registering for broadband service at a designated resident address.
  • The number of monthly fee waiver depends on the Fibre Broadband’s service plan selected.
  • The waived monthly fee only includes basic Broadband Service, excluding entertainment pack.
