The Cyber Security Law has been effective in Macau SAR on December 22, 2019. All prepaid card users are required to register their names and identifications.
According to the Guideline of Real-Name Registration, each individual customer can register a maximum of 10 prepaid cards and each association can register a maximum of 25 prepaid cards (include the cards currently in use).
