The 3-months Trial Price is based on the original monthly fee $36, after a contract rebate of $36 per month will be given in 2nd and 3rd bill months within the contract period. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.

The average monthly fee $18 is based on the original monthly fee $25, after a contract rebate of $25 per month will be given in first 6 bill months and a rebate of HK$18 will be given in the 7th bill month within contract period. After the expiry of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.
*Upon enabling and setting up the VIP List, users can only receive calls from the VIP List, while other callers will be forwarded to the voicemail automatically.
This feature is only applicable to phone numbers that have subscribed to Call Guard (Full Version) within the same account.

Terms and Conditions for this Service

Cyber & Voice Security (Call Guard and Data Guard Combo)

This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
Customer shall not be entitled to the rebate amount or any balance thereof if change to other service/ cancel this service; The rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
Monthly fee rebate offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
This service can be used on smartphones running designated software versions of compatible mobile operating systems of iOS or Android. For Android™ smartphone which does not support Google Play services, the Value-Added Service will not be applicable on the smartphone. The available smartphones running designated software versions of compatible mobile operating systems will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants for details.
If the customer terminates this bundle pack or any of the services under this bundle pack within contract period, the Company reserves the right to charge an early termination fee and the enjoyed monthly fee rebate. The rebates of remaining months and other offers (if any) will be automatically cancelled.
