Assistant Manager, Segment Marketing (MO-AM-SM)
  • Formulate and implement the marketing strategy and plan to expand the market share for designated market segments
  • Analyze business trends and consumer insights to achieve the acquisition, lifetime value and retention goals, through segment specific marketing campaigns, engagement activities and customer experience
  • Identify the needs of value-added service for the segments, plan and execute the service launch and stimulate the service penetration and revenue
  • Oversee the pricing and profitability of products and services, and carry out portfolio actions to increase the business revenue
  • Explore business opportunities and build close relationship with external partners and vendors, to devise joint marketing campaigns to grow the business
  • Expand and manage outreach channels from both online to offline, to both new and existing customers
  • Conduct regularly business tracking to ensure targets are met, and to gain insights for improvements and future developments
  • Keep the closest eye on the industry trends and identify the best practices with insight, monitor and review the competitive movement to provide intelligent recommendations to management
  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years’ working experience, business related disciplines is preferable
  • Experience in Segment Portfolio would be an advantage
  • Creative, outgoing, self-motivated, customer-oriented, creatwith strong communication skills
  • Solid analytical and project management skills
  • Attention to details, self-motivated to show strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
