Customer Success Specialist (BML-CSS)
Duties
  • Answer customer enquiries and promote company brand image through Facebook forum
  • Provide courteous sales & customer service to the potential and existing customers by replying message via the forum
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements
  • Secondary Education or above
  • Possess relevant working experience preferably in telecom or customer service
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication or travel industry would  be an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge and usage experience in web browsing, web messaging
  • Customer-oriented, enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Chinese WP)
  • Candidates are required to work on shift and on weekend/public holidays
