Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Planning (DEC-SM-DS&P)
Duties
  • Plan, lead and develop customer acquisition and engagement strategies through digital channels
  • Conduct customer and market analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Conduct analysis of website traffic and application funnel to better understand user behaviour in order to derive appropriate marketing and sales activities
  • Strategize and create A/B testing for any campaign to achieve optimal performance
  • ŸStrategize sourcing channels based on analytics and data to optimize online acquisition at reasonable Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
  • ŸImprove customer experience with customer friendly UI/ UX, timely customer communications (SMS, Push Notification, eDM) and sales follow up to increase conversion rate. Work with internal counterparts to improve efficiency with streamlined online application process
  • ŸCollaborate with Web Team on website optimization and external media agencies on with alliance partners to reduce CPA
  • ŸProactively lead and initiate customer journey projects to improve customer experience
  • ŸLead and facilitate cross-teams’ workshops on journey design
  • ŸWork with internal legal and compliance team to ensure digital platforms are fully comply with applicable guideline for products and services
Requirements
  • ŸUniversity graduate with 10+ years of experience in business development and customer engagement/ acquisition related position
  • Strong knowledge in website management, digital commerce, SEM & SEO, display ad (programmatic buy), social media and content marketing. Experience in user journey building with content management tools would be an advantage
  • ŸStrong analytic skills, sensitive to numbers including sales data, web analytics and user behaviour. Hands on experience in managing data and familiar with Google Analytics
  • ŸGood understanding of UX and how to define customer friendly user journeys that impact sales in a positive way
  • Strong stakeholder management skill and experience across various departments
  • A self-starter with high level of initiation and strong sense of ownership
  • ŸAn active team player with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • Innovative thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience of managing and delivering strategic and tactical projects
  • ŸStrong command in spoken and written English and Chinese
