Lead three teams to manage the company’s websites, self-service app and direct marketing programmes
Develop and manage both the consumer as well as business websites, Macau Website, SmarTone Holdings and all related mini-site for the Company; Set design standards and guidelines for overall presentation of websites and ensure its look and feel is on brand
Design website structure, navigation flow and page layout; Review the customer experience on website and ensure customers to have an effective and efficient digital user journey
Work with different working parties to ensure a timely launch of the products & services as well as the marketing campaigns
As the product owner of SmarTone CARE, drive the download and usage of the app
Upkeep the customer experience on the app by reviewing UI and UX; Make sure the app provides the features and functions that fit the customer needs and align to the Company’s business objectives
Review the potential exclusive offers for SmarTone CARE and ensure the app provides quality offers to the customers
Develop direct marketing strategies that align with the Company business strategies and digital strategies
Develop the Company’s contact rules, make on-going monitoring and review on the workflow to fit the Company’s business need and deliver a good customer experience
Collaborate with other working teams to ensure the compliance of PDPO and UEMO, including the review of opt-out procedure and relevant communication
Requirements
Internet savvy and a Degree holder with 10+ years’ database and online marketing experience
Proven experience in developing and managing websites. Be able to strategize, plan and implement direct marketing programs
E-Commerce and/or data analytics experience is definitely a plus
Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese
Excellent interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
