Receptionist (ADM-RECEPT)
Duties
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages and greet guests
  • Responsible for conference room reservations & the tidiness of reception area
  • Handle courier orders, incoming and outgoing mails
  • Provide administrative support for internal admin office
Requirements
  • F.5 or above with around 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organizations
  • Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Pleasant & mature
  • Good working attitude and team player
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
